Control Effect Of Seven Herbicide On Weeds In Different Turf

In the process of lawn growth,lawn weeds often occur.There are many kinds of lawn weeds and they are harmful to lawn growth.They have strong reproduction ability,diverse transmission ways,strong stress resistance and tenacious vitality.These characteristics make lawn weeds having strong competitiveness.It is reported that there are about 45 families,127 genus and 450 species of lawn weeds in China.Lawn weeds greatly affect the normal growth of the lawn,and compete with the lawn for water,nutrients and light,leading to degradation and even death of the lawn.Therefore,in lawn construction,maintenance and management,the safety and effective control of lawn weeds is the top priority.In recent years,the application of chemical Herbicides has greatly improved the agricultural production efficiency,but most of them are applied in economic crops,while there are few studies on the application in the field of lawn,so the chemical control and removal of lawn weeds is still a difficult problem.In this experiment,Paspalum vaginatum,Cynodon dactylon ×C.transvaalensis and Zoysia japonica Steud turf,which are common turfgrasses used in Nanjing area,were chosen as test materials,and water was sprayed as control.Two new Herbicides produced by Bayer company and five Herbicides applied in economic crops were selected for experiments.By exploring the effects of pre-emergence Herbicide spraying in autumn,spring supplementary spraying and spring spraying on the safety of different types of lawn,as well as the harmful effects of weeds after spraying,a wide range,safe and efficient lawn chemical Herbicide was selected.In addition,this study will also provide theoretical basis for the selection of chemical Herbicides for different lawn weeds.The research results are as follows:1.The influence on the safety of lawn:the chemical Herbicide was selected for the safety of lawn millet grass by investigating the color,coverage and pesticide damage of lawn during 0 to 84 days after application.The results showed that 19%Triafamone SC and Indaziflam SC had significant adverse effects on grass millet grass,which reduced the color and coverage of grass and was not suiTablele for grass millet grass.65%amflurenone WG,Indaziflam SC+10%Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium WG,50%etochlor EC,fine?isopropylamine EC,thiazul-etochlor DP had no or slight effect on the grass millet grass,and did not affect the normal growth of grass millet grass.10%Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium can reduce the harm of Indaziflam SC on grass milletgrass.Indaziflam SC had a significant effect on the color and coverage of zoysia grass.The results showed that the 19%Triafamone SC and Indaziflam SC had a significant effect on the color and coverage of Bermuda grass.2.Control effect on lawn weeds.Through investigating the total number of weeds,broad-leaved weeds and annual grass weeds in the lawn between 0 and 84 days after application of the Herbicide on turf,a chemical Herbicide with good control effect was selected for weeds of different kinds of grass species.The results showed that the application of Triafamone SC once or twice had poor control effect on annual gramineae weeds,but good control effect on broad-leaved weeds,among which 2000ml/ha had the best control effect.Once or twice application of Indaziflam SC had poor control effect on the annual gramineae weeds,but twice application of Indaziflam SC with the concentration of 60ml/ha and 80ml/ha had higher control effect on the broad-leaved weeds of Seashore paspalum grass.The application of Indaziflam SC 40ml/ha+Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium WG 100g/ha once and the application of Indaziflam SC 60ml/ha+Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium WG 125g/ha twice had high control effect on broad-leaved weeds and annual gramineae weeds.Other Herbicides had poor control effect on weeds of turf,so they are not suiTablele for seashore paspalum grass.The total number of weeds,broad-leaved weeds and annual grass weeds in zoysia sinensis lawn can be effectively controlled by autumn spraying and spring spraying of Indaziflam SC 60ml/ha+Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium WG 125g/ha.Indaziflam SC 40ml/ha or Indaziflam 40ml/ha+Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium WG 100g/ha can effectively prevent and control the total number of weeds in Bermuda grass.
