| Tree crown,as an important component of tea plant,the growth and development of which is closely related to the physiological activities.The crown cultivation measures could change the structure of tea plant and enhance the vitality.Thus the tea quality could be improved and the comprehensive benefit of tea plantation can be increased.The plantation is of significant problems such as lacking in crown management regulation technology and the tree structure delicacy management that have great influence on the tea quality.To explore the impact of different harvesting methods on crown culture technology and its regulation mechanism,the managementsin tea plantations were investigated.Our results will provide theoretical basis for further scientific and rational cultivation techniques of modern tea plantations.The detail research contents and results as follows:1.In order to study the influence of meteorological conditions on crown growth and development and exploring the major meteorological factors affecting tea production.Six meteorological factors,including daily average temperature,daily maximum temperature,daily minimum temperature,daily average relative humidity,daily average precipitation and average sunshine hours were investigated,as well as physiological and biochemical indexes of tea plants in spring as the research materials.The grey correlation analysis method was employed to analyze the correlation degree among these factors.The results showed that the correlations between tea bud density,bud length,phenol-ammonia ratio and daily average temperature index were 0.7750,0.8171 and 0.8979,respectively,which were closely related to the average temperature.The correlations between the tea plant production and daily average relative humidity index were 0.7-0.9,which were on a good wicket,indicating that daily average relative humidity is closely related to the tea growth.The correlations between water extracts,caffeine,catechins and average sunshine hoursindex were 0.8729,0.8833 and 0.8858,respectively,which were closely related to the average sunshine hours.Therefore,average temperature,average daily relative humidity and sunshine hours were important factors affecting the growth and development of tea canopy.2.Taking the tea in different management as the research material,this study explores the influence of different picking ways cultivated crown on tea growth and quality in Tea Gardens.The results showed that T2 management mode is more conducive to the tea crown and quality.Light pruning before spring tea could stimulate the germination of lateral buds,increase the density of buds in new shoots,That is in T2 mode,bud density was about 1100 new buds per square meter,increased by 10%compared with that not pruned.The phenol ammonia was 7,which is better than the conventional model.The catechins content were 16.14%approximately,which is increased by 27%that compared with the conventional model.Light pruning in July,the accumulation of tea polyphenols was increased by about 14%,which is compared with the conventional model.In hand-picked tea garden,the canopy control measures could be increased water extract content of tea by about 12%,which is compared with conventional mode;the ratio of phenol to ammonia is 9-14,which is lower than conventional mode;the content of caffeine is about 5.47%,which is lower than conventional mode.It can be seen that the treatment mode is more conducive to improving the quality of tea.In machine-picked tea garden,the phenol ammonia was lower than conventional mode,withitemsfallingin the4%-10%range.And compared with the treatment,the bud density and the bud length were increased by 9%-10%and 9%-13%,respectively.Therefore,proper mechanically harvesting is more conducive to the construction of tea crown.3.The tea leaves collected by machine in summer in Jiangning District Base in Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province were used as the research object.The fresh leaves were classified and processed into different kinds of finished tea by classification processing.And the sensory quality and economic benefits of the finished tea were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the sensory quality of green tea,black tea and white tea were 77.23,83.03 and 80.98 respectively.For black tea,the quality of sensory evaluation was better than that of others.The comprehensive benefit of direct processing of machine-picked leaves was about 4.1 Yuan per kg higher than that of graded processing. |
