China has been identified potato as the fourth major food crop,potato total output ranks the first in the world.Compared with developed countries,its single yield is lower,there is a large gap,the reason is that the mechanized tillage operation has a greater impact on the potato yield.Potato ploughing mainly involves loosening the soil,removing weeds and raising the soil.The effect of raising the soil,the rate of seedling damage and the effect of weeding are the main indexes of the tillage operation.At present,the potato cultivator mainly use the hoe shovel type potato cultivator,the main soil type is ridged sweep type,it has a high work efficiency,but for the first potato middle tillage ridging,the soil amount is too large,so how to solve the potato cultivator hurt potato seedings when working,and it is the key to improve the working effect of the potato cultivator.In this paper,a disk-type potato cultivator was designed,and its key components were analyzed by dynamic theory and simulation analysis of the earth-raising process,and the parameter design and field test of each component were completed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the agronomic requirements of the potato ploughing operation,the whole scheme of the potato ploughing machine in this study was designed,and the key components of the potato earth-raising device were designed and placed in a disk-type design structure,so that the device could meet the requirements of the potato ploughing operation in the early and middle period of growth.(2)Through the dynamics analysis of ridging device and the working process,it is concluded that the structure and kinematic parameters affecting the effects of ridging operation factors,and to determine the reasonable range of various factors,the use of three-dimensional modeling software Solid Works to create model for each component and assembly the machine.The main feature analysis of components is done by using EDEM discrete element simulation software to complete assignments ridging simulation test,ridging effect in the process of the simulation component.(3)Test shall be carried out in accordance with the operation standard of field experiment.The tillage depth,the locomotive speed and angle adjusting the handle turning angle are chosen as test factors.The weeding rate,seedling rate and ridging height are chose as the test index.The experiment using quadratic orthogonal rotating combination,through the study of the regression analysis of test results,optimize the operation parameters,get the optimal parameter combination,and confirmatory test,verify it is concluded that the relatively optimal parameter combination cultivator working effect,and the measure results are good.
