| The edible lily,Lilium davidii var.willmottiae and Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino were used as test materials. The field investigation method and the laboratory test method were combined to complete the experiment. The field investigation method mainly included the Lilium davidii var.willmottiae planted in the test sites introduced to four areas in Tianjin. The phenological observation, growth record, photosynthetic characteristics, and laboratory test methods of Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino mainly include the determination of physiological indexes of plant leaves, the characteristics of bulb characteristics, and the determination of effective components of bulbs. In order to explore the effects of different soil conditions in Tianjin, especially moderate saline-alkali soil and light saline-alkali soil on the growth and development of lily plants, the theoretical basis for the rational extension and planting of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae and Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino in Tianjin area was provided. The research results are as follows:(1)Characteristics of ecological factors in the test site: The climatic characteristics are as follows: the average annual temperature and the lowest temperature of the test site 1(Xiqing)are 16.6 °C,-11.8 °C,respectively, and the annual average temperature and minimum temperature of the test site 3(Jizhou)The lowest is 11.8 ° C,-17.3 ° C.The physical and chemical properties of the soil showed that the test site 1(Xiqing)had the highest bulk density and high soil compaction. The soil total porosity, aeration porosity and water holding porosity of the experimental site 3(Jizhou)and the experimental site 4(Jinghai)were larger. The soil is relatively loose and has good water retention. The experimental salt 3(Jizhou)had the lowest salt content and the lowest p H,and was the lowest under salt and alkali stress. The soil nutrient characteristics showed that the soil organic matter content of the experimental site 3(Jizhou)and the experimental site 4(Jinghai)was significantly higher than that of the experimental site 1(Xiqing)and the experimental site 2(Xiqing),indicating the soil conditions in Jizhou District and Jinghai District.Good,nutrient-rich,is conducive to plant growth.(2)Differences in growth phenology between different soil conditions: The growth cycle of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae was the longest in the experimental site 3(Jizhou)and the experimental site4(Jinghai),which was 163 days, and the growth period was strong.Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino of The test site 2(Xiqing)has a maximum length of168 days. The Lilium davidii var.willmottiae was the earliest flowering in the experimental site 3(Jizhou),and the Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino was the earliest in the experimental site 4(Jinghai).(3)There were differences in growth characteristics during the growth period of lily in the four experimental plots. After recording the plant height, stem diameter and main stem leaves,it was found that Lilium davidii var.willmottiae was significantly better than Test Site 1(Xiqing)and Experimental Land 2(Xiqing)in the test site 4(Jinghai).The growth of Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino in the experimental site 3(Jizhou)was significantly better than that in the experimental site 1(Xiqing)and the experimental site 2(Xiqing).The overall change trend showed that the plant seedling stage grew rapidly, the growth rate of the bud stage slowed down, and the flowering stage increased.Basic stagnation.(4)The photosynthetic characteristics of lily were also different in different soil conditions, and the photosynthetic characteristics of the leaves were affected by the ecological factors of the experiment.PAR is the dominant factor,RH increases with the decrease of PAR,Ca and Tleaf decrease with the decrease of PAR,Pn is significantly positively correlated with Tr and Gs,and the net photosynthetic rate of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae is the highest in September and the Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino is in August. The net photosynthetic rate is the highest In August, the test site 3(Jizhou)and the test site 4(Jinghai).RWUE test site 3(Jizhou)and test site 4(Jinghai)performed strongly, indicating that the plants were more capable of responding to drought stress.(5)The physiological indexes of lily leaves in the four experimental sites were also slightly different.Among them, the two kinds of lily leaves cultivated in the experimental land 3(Jizhou)had the lowest malondialdehyde content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content, and the lowest malondialdehyde(MDA)content of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae was 0.0053 μmol/g.The average malondialdehyde(MDA)content of Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino was 0.0041μmol/g,which indicated that the two edible lily membrane systems cultivated in Jizhou District had the lowest degree of damage. The average soluble sugar of Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino in Jizhou District was0.0324% and 0.0566%,respectively.The average soluble protein content of Lilium and Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino in Jizhou District was 0.0952% and 0.1106%,respectively.(6)The bulb characteristics of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae and Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino planted in four experimental sites also have different degrees of difference. The bulb characteristics and nutrient composition of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae planted in the experimental site 4(Jinghai)were significantly better than the other three experimental sites. The bulb characteristics and nutrient composition of the Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino in the experimental site 3(Jizhou)were significantly better than the other three experimental sites.A comprehensive comparison shows that the crude protein content, starch content and sucrose content of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae are significantly higher than that of Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino, which are 30.65g/kg,124.13g/kg and 96.79g/kg,respectively.The quality of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae and Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino in the four experimental sites was in compliance with the medicinal standards.(7)The experiment analyzed and compared the secondary metabolites and active components of different varieties of edible lily, and the results showed that the content of total flavonoids and total saponins of different varieties of edible lily were also different. The total flavonoids and totals of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae The content of saponin was higher than that of Cardiocrinum giganteum Wall.Makino.The content of total flavonoids and total saponins of Lilium davidii var.willmottiae was the highest in test site 4(Jinghai),which was3.071% and 0.220%. |
