| Camellia oleifera is an endemic oil tree in China, mainly distributed in the south of the Yangtze River, mainly for fruit use. With the gradual expansion of the domestic oil tea market,it is favored by farmers. In this study, the soil and leaves of Camellia oleifera economic forest in Huangpu Town and Qingcuan Town,Qianshan City,Anhui Province were taken as the research objects to explore the characteristics of soil physical and chemical properties and leaf nutrients in Camellia oleifera economic forest with different yields. To provide reference for scientific management of Camellia oleifera forest in this area, the results are as follows:(1)In Camellia oleifera forest with different yields, the soil moisture content,pH,ammonium nitrogen(NH4~+-N)and total phosphorus(TP)were significantly different(P<0.05),and the contents of nitrate nitrogen(NO3~--N),calcium(Ca)and magnesium(Mg)were significantly different(P<0.01).There were no significant differences in the contents of soil electrical conductivity(EC),soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),potassium(K)and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)(P>0.05).In different soil layers, the content of microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN)was significantly different(P<0.05),and the content of soil soil organic carbon(SOC)was significantly different(P<0.01),but there were no significant differences in other indexes(P<0.05).Under the interaction of Camellia oleifera yield and soil layer, there were no significant differences in soil indices(P<0.05).The yield of Camellia oleifera and soil layer had no significant effect on soil C:N,C:P,N:P;Soil pH,NO3~--N,NH4~+-N,SOC,TN,TP,Mg and C:N,C:P,N:P decreased with the decrease of Camellia oleifera yield. With the deepening of soil layer, soil pH,the contents of NO3~--N,NH4+-N,SOC,TN,TP and C:N,C:P,N:P in the soil decreased gradually. The regression analysis showed that the contents of Mg,Ca,K and NO3~--N in the soil were the main factors affecting the yield of Camellia oleifera.(2)The contents of SOC,TP and N:P were significantly different(P<0.05),the contents of K were significantly different(P<0.01),and the contents of TN,P,Ca and C:P,C:N were not significantly different(P>0.05).The contents of TP,K,Ca,Mg and C:P,C:N decreased with the yield of Camellia oleifera decreased. There were significant differences in chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll in leaves of Camellia oleifera(P<0.01),but no significant differences in chlorophyll b(P>0.05).The canopy width and height of Camellia oleifera forest with different yields were significantly different(P<0.01),and the leaf thickness and leaf area of Camellia oleifera forest were significantly different(P<0.05).In general, the canopy width, height and leaf area of Camellia oleifera forest were higher than those of middle and low yields forest.Regression analysis showed that the contents of K and P in leaves were the main factors affecting the yield of Camellia oleifera.(3)There were significant correlations between soil nutrients and leaf nutrients, mainly showing that soil SOC and TN contents were significantly correlated with leaf N content and C:N content(P<0.05),soil TN content was significantly correlated with leaf P content(P<0.01),and soil Mg content was significantly correlated with leaf K and Mg content(P<0.05).Soil NO3~--N was significantly correlated with leaf Mg(P<0.01),soil Ca and Mg contents were significantly correlated with leaf N:P,and soil C:N,C:P,N:P had no significant correlation with leaf C:N,C:P,N:P. |
