Vaccinium uliginosum(Vaccinium uliginosum L.)is a wild fruit tree resource. The fruit is rich in anthocyanins and flavonols, which has high research value. The research on the variation range of phenotypic diversity within and among populations of Vaccinium uliginosum has not yet been reported. This study determined the characteristics of plant height, branches, leaves and fruits of Vaccinium uliginosum, and explored the phenotypes of Vaccinium uliginosum in different populations.Diversity, while evaluating and protecting Vaccinium uliginosum resources, excellent germplasm resources are screened out to provide scientific theoretical basis for the study of Vaccinium uliginosum specific germplasm resources. In this experiment,160 copies of Vaccinium uliginosum from 6 different populations in Changbai Mountain were used as test materials, and the diversity analysis of 23 phenotypic traits showed that:1.The Shannon-Weaver diversity index of descriptive traits is between 0.26-0.95,in which the flesh color index is low(0.26),and the leaf shape index is high,reaching0.95.The diversity index between different populations is between 0.21-0.80.Among the 6 populations, the P2 population has the highest descriptive traits(0.80),the P6 population has the lowest descriptive traits(0.21),and the inter-population descriptive traits There are also certain differences in traits.2.The diversity index of quantitative traits is between 3.585-4.633.Among the14 quantitative traits, the diversity index of leaf width is higher, which is 4.633.The coefficient of variation of quantitative traits is between 6.96%-52.66%,and the average coefficient of variation is 17.03%.The trait with a higher coefficient of variation is the number of seeds per fruit,up to 52.66%,and the coefficient of variation between different populations is 12.98%-20.21%.The average coefficient of variation of the P2 population was larger(20.21%),and the average of the P6 population coefficient of variation was small(12.98%).The average phenotypic differentiation coefficient of Vaccinium uliginosum14 is 68.36%,the average variance component percentage between populations is 46.90%,and the average variance component percentage within populations is 19.06%,indicating that there is variability between populations and within populations.Inter-group variation is the main source of phenotypic variation.3.Correlation analysis shows that most of the 14 quantitative traits have extremely significant and significant correlations.Among 105 pairs of trait combinations,48 pairs are extremely significantly correlated, and 11 pairs are significantly correlated.Principal component analysis results show that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components is 65.644%,which can represent most of the phenotypic information. The first and fifth principal components reflect the characteristics of the fruit, the second principal component reflects the characteristics of the branches, the third principal component reflects the characteristics of the leaves, and the fourth principal component reflects the characteristics of the seeds and fruits.4.Cluster analysis: Based on phenotypic traits, the UPGMA method was used to cluster analysis of 6 wild Vaccinium uliginosum populations, and the 6 Vaccinium uliginosum populations were divided into three categories. The first category is the population of Lanjia Forest Farm Ⅰ(P1),the population of Lanjia Forest Farm Ⅱ(P2),the population of Dongfanghong Forest Farm Ⅰ(P3),and the population of Dongfanghong Forest Farm Ⅱ(P4).The second category is the population of Lanjia Forest Farm Ⅲ.(P6)population,the third category is the population of Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve(P5).
