| With the economic value of grapes being excavated continuously,grape production is increasing,and grape plantations are moving towards mechanization gradually.However,aiming at the problems of low pruning rate and high stubble rate in the traditional grape pruning machine,this article through the design of the key parts of the machine and its working state analysis,a reciprocating grape pruning machine was put forward,the field experiment was carried.The test results showed that the machine had the advantages of high pruning rate and low stubble rate after trimming.The main research and conclusions are as:(1)The trimmer with different cutting forms was analyzed,the results show that the reciprocating grape pruning machine has the advantages of simple structure,low power consumption,safety and reliability,which provides theoretical support for the selection of suitable cutters.The main planting modes of grapes were obtained through field research.On the basis of analyzing the relevant data,the general design scheme was determined according to the operation requirements.(2)In order to adapt to different grape plantation,realize the space adjustable function of the pruning machine,solve the problem of transmission of power when the pruning range changes,through the analysis of the working condition of the reciprocating grape pruning machine,the appropriate mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission mechanism were selected,hydraulic diagram was drawn,the main hydraulic components were selected and calculated.(3)through the force analysis of the causes of the stem missing shear and using MATLAB software to analyze the causes of stubble.The tool clearance,feed speed,cutting speed were analyzed and calculated.In order to reduce the cutting inertia force and make the cutting smoothly,the value range of tool clearance is 0.30 mm~0.70 mm;drawing the cutting diagram of the moving blade in cutting,getting the moving trajectory equation of the moving blade edge line,Based on this condition,the range of feed speed is 0.83m/s ~ 1.63 m/s;.When the crank rotation half cycle is just a cutting stroke,the power utilization rate reaches the maximum,and the value range of cutting speed is determined from 1.14 m/s to 2.02 m/s on this condition.(4)Box-Behnken central combination test method was used to study the relevant parameters.Using the cutting speed,feed speed and tool clearance as the influencing factors,a three-factor and three-level orthogonal test was carried out,the regression model of the pruning rate,stubble rate and the influencing factors was established,and the reliability of the regression model was analyzed.Based on the principle of maximum pruning rate and minimum stubble rate and response surface optimization function,the test results were analyzed by using Design-Expert 8.0.6 software.The optimization results show that when the cutting speed is 1.66m/s,the feed speed is 1.46 m/s,and the tool clearance is 0.47 mm,the pruning rate was 91.71 % and the stubble rate was 3.70 %.In the validation test under the optimal parameters,the pruning rate was 90.44% and the stubble rate was 4.24 %,which were close to the predicted value,indicating that the established model was reasonable. |
