Corn stalks in the world is now a wide range of uses of resources.In order to make better use of this resource,we must first consider how better to cut off the corn stalk.With corn straw resources use of corn straw cutter are paid more and more attention.Through the investigation,the transmission mechanism of corn stalk reciprocating cutter most chose crank.This mechanism,although the structure is simple,affordable,work reliable performance,adapt to the variety of environment,but the in the movement process due to the impact of inertial force will produce strong shaking,and of the mechanical parts of the abrasive consumption.In order to solve this problem,we adopted according to the principle of crank and connecting rod mechanism of Technology drawing kinematic diagram of a mechanism,in the diagram to establish an appropriate coordinate system and write the vector loop equations.Then by the closed loop vector equation to write the coordinates of the expression of the body displacement matrix equation,through the time for a first-order guide,the two-order guide to establish its speed,acceleration matrix equation.Next,the kinematics mathematical model of the mechanism is determined,and the system model is established by Simulink in Matlab and its simulation is carried out.The structure of the mechanism is optimized through the analysis,the influence of the vibration on the mechanism during the movement.
