Sugarcane is one of the important crops in southern China, mechanization of thesugarcane harvest is a direct impact on the efficiency of sugarcane planting, sugarcanecombine harvester is the main tool of the sugar cane harvest mechanization, hydraulictechnology in sugarcane combine harvester is an important direction of development,so it is necessary to study the hydraulic drive control system of the sugarcane combineharvester with energy conservation and stability of the system.In this paper, research by the United States Case large sugarcane combineharvester and sugarcane cultivation, combine with the existing research base, introducethe whole-rod sugarcane harvester overall machinery constitute, based on virtualprototype technology for the simulation of channel logistics system key agencies,analysis and research the entire rod cane combine harvester working parametersmatching situation of key work institutions.On the basis of the rod sugarcane combine harvester overall structure, accordingto the requirements of the whole rod sugarcane combine harvester is used, design ahydraulic control system suitable for the whole rod of sugarcane combine harvester,the system is reasonable allocation of sugarcane combine harvester powerrequirements, reduce the reactive power loss, reasonable match the flow and pressureof the working bodies, improve the quality of the whole rod sugarcane combineharvester harvesting.The overall design and analysis based on sugarcane combineharvester hydraulic system, using AMESim on sugar cane harvester cutter cuttingframe lifting hydraulic system for the simulation analysis research, for cutter cuttingcontour control provides fast accurate position control, at the same, Cutter cutting thelifting of the rack, cut tail and Rotary cane system co-simulation,analysis of hydraulicsystem of multi-agency collaborative work with each other disturbances, verify theaccuracy of the calculation of the sugarcane harvester hydraulic system design.This article through the development of the whole rod sugarcane combine harvester prototype, and to the the Guangxi farm field trials research, validation ofsugar cane combine harvester and its hydraulic system the rationality of parametermatching key work mechanism, testing to prove the design of the entire rod canecombine harvester hydraulic system efficiency and reliable performance, meetproduction requirements.
