| As a highly developed capital circle,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has undergone great changes in land use pattern while the social and economic development is high-speed.Chaobai River region,as a golden region bordering on three regions,has increasingly become the epitome of regional coordinated development,cultivated land is one of the most important natural resources,how to firmly hold the red line of cultivated land in highly urbanized areas has become an urgent problem.The implementation of the coordinated development strategy promotes the regional large-scale industrial transfer,and the land use structure restructured.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the characteristics and driving factors of cultivated land use change in Chaobai River region,as well as the coordinated development degree between socio-economic level and cultivated land quantity,so as to further promote the implementation of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In this paper,the Chaobai River flows through the Tongzhou district and Shunyi district of Beijing,Tianjin Baodi district,Sanhe district,Xianghe county and Dachang county of Hebei province as research area,using the transfer matrix of land use,transfer of land use map,such as the gini coefficient method analyses the regional characteristics of cultivated land use from 2001 to 2017,Through principal component analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis,this paper analyzes the driving factors of cultivated land use change,and uses the coordinated development degree model to analyze the coordinated development of socio-economic level and cultivated land quantity in different stages.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures of cultivated land use collaborative management are formulated.The results show that:(1)In terms of quantitative structure,the land use structure of Chaobai River area showed the trend of continuous decrease of cultivated land and continuous increase of urban land use.The total area of cultivated land decreases by nearly 40 hm~2,and the changing area of cultivated land accounts for 32.61%of the total area of change.On the spatial pattern,the area of cultivated land in the southeast of Chaobai River had gradually changed from the pattern of uniform distribution in 2001 to large area of cultivated land along the southeast direction of Chaobai River.From 2001 to 2013,the spatial Gini coefficient of cultivated land fluctuated from 0.00068to 0.00414,and then decreased rapidly to 0.00104.(2)The main driving factors of cultivated land use change in the study area from 2001 to2013 are agricultural factors,and the correlation coefficient between grain yield and cultivated land quantity is 15.932,the main driving factors of cultivated land use change in the study area from 2013 to 2017 are economic development and agricultural factors,and the correlation coefficients between public budget income,grain yield and cultivated land quantity are-3.381and 9.254.(3)The coordinated development degree of social and economic level and cultivated land area in the study area was generally at a low level,from 2005 to 2013,the coordinated development degree increased from 0.0445 to 0.2642,and after 2013,the coordinated development degree dropped to below 0.1.The trend of change throughout the study period is from extreme disorder to severe developmental disorder to moderate developmental disorder to extreme disorder,and continued to be in the lagging development type of cultivated land use.(4)In order to better promote the process of coordinated development and promote the sustainable use of cultivated land,this paper puts forward three countermeasures:making space planning reasonably and implementing index requirements strictly;strictly abide by the red line of cultivated land,adhere to the trinity of cultivated land protection;improving the policies and measures of cultivated land protection,and promoting the development of regional coordination in depth. |
