Research On The Relationship Between Arable Land Change And Social Economic Development

A lot of cultivated land has been occupied by urban construction,with the development of society and further accelerated economic growth,during the advancement of urbanization and industrialization,on the other hand,loss of cultivated land in China has been aggravated by ecological restoration,land destroying caused by natural disaster,and adjustment of agricultural structure,the farmland per capital decreases continuously.The contradiction between the loss of cultivated land and the need of land during economic development is becoming increasingly sharp.As one of the factors restricting the future development,there should be great theoretical and practical significance by analyzing the relationship between economic development and cultivated land change.In this paper,the city of Fuzhou is selected as a case study of this relationship,which can make up for the lack of regional research in Fujian Province at various scales in China.At the same time,it is of great practical significance to verify the applicability and practicability of relevant theories of cultivated land,and it can also provide reference for how to better deal with the relationship between cultivated land protection and regional economic development.Based on the case of Fuzhou city,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of land use change and cultivated land evolution in Fuzhou area,discusses the driving force of cultivated land change in the region,and the relationship between cultivated land change and local economic development.The major conclusions are:1.In the view of development trend,that farmland change in Fuzhou is consistent with the national trend.With the social economy and urban development,the land use in Fuzhou is in the development period,the number of cultivated land is decreasing year by year,and the constrction land is increasing year by year.The land use structure will expand from the extensive urban expansion to the economical intensive transformation.2.In the view of the flow direction of cultivated land,the decrease of cultivated land in Fuzhou is mainly converted into construction land,especially to urban village and industrial and mining land and transportation land.Fuzhou cultivated land change is mainly affected by economic and social development,urban expansion and population factors,and is less affected by agricultural structure adjustment and natural factors.3.The relationship between the cultivated land occupation and non-agricultural GDP in Fuzhou is mainly manifested as the four states of strong decoupling,expansion and negative decoupling,recession decoupling and weak decoupling.In general,the decoupling elastic curve shows the change of "WM" showing the periodic change of the abnormal state-the ideal state-the abnormal state-the ideal state.It reflects the efforts of local governments to get rid of the economic development mode at the expense of cultivated land resources.4.Through the establishment of the cultivated land change and the economic drive model,optimization model of the fitting is quadratic term model of arable land and urbanization rate.Through the model analysis,it is found that the change of cultivated land area in Fuzhou is the most affected by the urbanization rate,while the cultivated land area gradually decreases with the increase of population urbanization.When the population urbanization reaches a certain value,the cultivated area begins to rise.Through the land intensive construction,urbanization will be used to feed the cultivated.
