| At present,the production scale of greenhouse cucumber in China is large,with the increase of new cucumber varieties.Due to annual production,continuous cropping for many years,and low temperature,high humidity and weak light in winter,the disease occurred seriously.The long-term dependence on pesticides for disease prevention has led to environmental and product pollution,bacterial resistance and other problems.At present,it is urgent to study the harmless control technology of greenhouse vegetable diseases.The micro acid electrolyzed water has the advantages of wide sterilization spectrum,safety to products and environment.In this experiment,the safe concentration range(effective chlorine concentration)which has no effect on the growth and damage of cucumber was selected.At the same time,the effects of different concentrations of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on the growth and reproduction of cucumber target spot pathogen were studied.On this basis,the control effect of different concentrations of electrolyzed water on cucumber target spot disease,as well as different intervals,application time,and different temperature and humidity were studied The influence of environment on the disease prevention effect of electrolytic water.The results are as follows:(1)The safe concentration range of no effect on cucumber growth and injury was 0-120 ppm,among which 0-180 ppm slightly acidic electrolyzed water had no effect on plant height,stem diameter,root shoot specific dry matter accumulation of cucumber;140,160,180 The results showed that ppm slightly acidic electrolyzed water had certain effects on seedling index,leaf curling index,leaf injury index,leaf photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration.When the concentration was higher than 140 ppm,micro acid electrolyzed water could damage cucumber leaves.(2)The results showed that micro acid electrolyzed water had certain effects on the growth and reproduction of target spot pathogen;the inhibition rate of colony propagation increased with the increase of concentration in the range of 0-180 ppm,and the inhibition rate was 24.37% when the concentration reached 180 ppm;the inhibition rate of spore germination increased with the increase of micro acid electrolyzed water concentration,and the spore did not germinate when the concentration of micro acid electrolyzed water reached 120 ppm.(3)The suitable concentration range of controlling cucumber target spot was 80-120 ppm,and the control effect of 100 ppm electrolyzed water could reach 70.3%;the control effect of spraying100 ppm micro acid electrolyzed water 12-24 hours after inoculation was the best,and the control effect was 80.2%.At the appropriate concentration,the concentration range of electrolyzed water could be increased or decreased according to different temperature and humidity environment,so as to increase its control effect on cucumber target spot disease.(4)100 ppm electrolyzed water had good control effect on cucumber powdery mildew and downy mildew.The control effects of 100 ppm electrolyzed water on cucumber powdery mildew and downy mildew were 58.4% and 59.4%,respectively... |
