The Seroepidemiological Survey Of Goat Brucellosis In Dashiqiao City

Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by Brucella infection.It mainly affects the reproductive system.It is also found in the amniotic fluid and secretions discharged from the production of infected female animals.Contains a large amount of Brucella,which is extremely infectious,and is the main way to infect farmers,veterinarians,etc.Among brucellosis,brucellosis of sheep species is the most infectious,and Brucellosis is also classified as class II epidemic disease by The Ministry of Agriculture in China,and is a disease that must be detected in international trade quarantine.Dashiqiao City is famous for its specialties such as mutton soup and goat offal.However,there is no systematic analysis of the prevalence of Brucella in herds in Dashiqiao City.This study investigated the prevalence of brucellosis in cashmere goats and dairy goats in 18 towns(districts)of Dashiqiao City,grasped the epidemiological characteristics of flock brucellosis in Dashiqiao City,and revealed that Dashiqiao City The characteristics of the spatial distribution of brucellosis provide a scientific basis for formulating or adjusting the prevention and control strategy of brucellosis in Dashiqiao City.In this study,we issued questionnaires to individual farmers and farms in Dashiqiao City to understand the basic situation of each farmer’s goat and the prevention of brucellosis,and the tiger red plate agglutination test was used to preliminarily screen out Brucella.The test tube agglutination test was used to confirm the positive serum of the bacteria.After the goat serum collected from 18 towns(districts)in Dashiqiao City from 2014 to 2019 was tested,the results showed that breeders in The City did not have a good understanding of Brucellosis and did not understand the procedures of epidemic prevention and quarantine,which led to the prevalence of brucellosis in the city.The average serum positive rate of brucellosis in all sheep serum collected from 2014 to 2019 was 2.05%.Among them,the lowest seroprevalence rate in 2016 was 0.88%,and the highest seroprevalence rate in 2017 was 3.08%.The highest seroprevalence rate of dairy goats in 2016 was 1.34%,and the lowest seroprevalence rate in 2018 was 0.34%.The lowest seroprevalence rate of cashmere goats in 2016 was 0.86%,and the highest seroprevalence rate in 2017 was 3.27%.According to the different places where the samples were collected,it was found that the highest number of seropositivity of Brucella antibodies in dairy goats was found in the Jinqiao management area in the central region,with the highest seroprevalence rate of 1.02%,and the lowest seroprevalence rate of the Gangdu management area was 0.28%.The number of seropositivity of cashmere goats was highest in Shuiyuan Town in the west,with a seropositivity rate of 5.38%,and the number of seropositivity in Huangtuling Town in the east was the least,with a seropositivity rate of 0.99%.According to the different sampling seasons,the highest seropositivity rate in autumn was 2.5%,and the lowest seropositivity rate in summer was 0.6%.According to the difference of sex,it was found that the seropositivity rate of ewes was 1.89%,and that of rams was 1.73%.In conclusion,brucellosis is prevalent in Dashiqiao City,and the potential harm is more serious.It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of breeding personnel for brucellosis prevention,and strictly implement the quarantine plan.The purchase of livestock should have the qualification certificate.Before introducing the herd,it should be strictly quarantined.After passing the isolation feeding period,the mixed breeding can be carried out.The livestock should be inspected regularly,and the positive animals should be eliminated in time,and the harmless treatment should be carried out.Through this study,we can master the epidemic situation of sheep brucellosis in Dashiqiao City,provide the basis for livestock farmers to effectively control breeding risk,have certain guiding significance for the comprehensive prevention and control of sheep brucellosis in Dashiqiao City,and lay the foundation for the prevention and control of sheep brucellosis in Dashiqiao City.This study mastered the epidemic situation of sheep brucellosis in Dashiqiao City from 2014 to 2019,and provided the basis for livestock farmers to effectively control the breeding risk of the disease,and laid a foundation for the comprehensive prevention and control of sheep brucellosis in Dashiqiao City.
