Sow feeding has always been accompanied by the development of pig industry.In the process of pig raising,it plays an important role.The accuracy of feeding system directly affects the performance of sows.Therefore,the accurate feeding of sows has become one of the key technologies in the development of pig industry.Based on the existing breeding methods and equipment,combined with the relevant knowledge of machinery and automation,this project improved the existing intelligent feeding system of small group sows,and designed a high degree of automation intelligent feeding system for pregnant sows.It mainly includes the determination of each component scheme of sow electronic feeding station,the design of key parts,the design of hardware and software of control part.In order to solve the problems of intelligent feeding system for small groups of sows in the market.(1)The design of the scheme.In order to prevent feed arching in hopper,fork type arch breaking device was designed;in order to ensure feed cutting accuracy and reduce the processing difficulty of products,screw type feeding device was designed to feed;in order to realize accurate feeding of sows,proximity switch was designed to detect the position of feed cup;in order to ensure that sows have a relatively closed space to feed,a back door belt was designed In order to ensure that the sows in the feeding station will not open the back door,a self-locking mechanical device is designed.(2)Design of key components.According to the selected scheme,combined with the production process and breeding technology,the size of the main frame is 2910 mm × 600 mm × 1124 mm,the wall inclination angle of the hopper is 24 degrees,the blade diameter of the screw feeder is 50 mm,the diameter of the screw shaft is 20 mm,and the motor speed is 0 At the same time,the space linkage mechanism is used to design the access control device,and the internal and external door self-locking method is used to design the rear door.(3)The hardware and software design of the system.The hardware design includes the selection of hardware: the selection of electromagnetic water valve,the selection of RFID electronic identification ear mark,the selection of serial port screen,the selection of water flow meter,etc.,as well as the design of hardware circuit: the design of serial communication module,the design of driving circuit,etc.Software design: main controller workflow,motor position detection module design and industrial serial interface design.(4)Trial production and preliminary test of the prototype.According to the twodimensional diagram,combined with the relevant manufacturing process,a prototype is produced and tested according to the functions required in the design.
