China is a big sugarcane plantation country,but the sugar production cost is always high,and it lacks competitiveness in the international sugar market.In order to get rid of this dilemma,domestic research institutes and enterprises have been studying sugarcane harvesters suitable for national conditions.The reduction of sucrose production cost is restricted by many factors,one of which is the low level of mechanization in sugarcane harvesting,which mainly depends on human and animal power.At present,sugarcane harvester in China cannot fully adapt to the complex environment of sugarcane field in south China.Sugarcane harvester can’t shape the ground so as to realize automatic lifting and lifting of cutter.The high loss rate of cutting root during harvesting results in the low recognition of sugarcane harvester among sugarcane farmers.The realization of the floating control of the cutter wheel of the sugarcane harvester can reduce the harvest loss,improve the harvest quality and reduce the driving difficulty,which is of great significance to accelerate the process of sugarcane harvesting mechanization.Aiming at the above problems,this paper presents an improved cutter disk copying floating control system.According to the special climate and complex terrain of the sugarcane field in south China,a more stable and reliable height detection device with curved swing arm was designed to collect the height information of the ridge roof.At the same time,a kind of hydraulic control system is designed to improve the speed and stability of the cutting wheel,and the hardware circuit and control program of the controller are planned.Firstly,the height detection device senses the height change of the ground through the Angle sensor,and then sends it to the upper computer through the CAN bus through the data acquisition and processing system of the lower machine.The upper computer issues the execution command,and the hydraulic system of knife disk lifting executes the corresponding action according to the command.The height detection device was modeled and assembled in 3d model software,and the model data was imported into ADAMS software for dynamics and kinematics simulation.Then,it compares and improves the hydraulic control system of cutting wheel lifting and calculates and verifies the relevant parameters of lifting cylinder.The hydraulic system model is established and simulated inAMESIM software,and the feasibility and advantages of the hydraulic system are verified by analyzing the simulation data.Based on STM32 single chip microcomputer,the relevant circuit of profile controller is designed.The control program was written and tested in MDK5.
