With the development of Tibet landscape industry, the level of greening and beautifying the city is getting higher and higher, not only the four seasons are required to be spectacular, but also the garden plants reasonable configuration, variety.Existing garden plant species can not meet the high standard of greening requirements, the development of four seasons landscape has become an inevitable trend.Tibet’s society, economy and culture began to develop gradually, and landscaping gradually began to appear particularly important and developed rapidly.Wild flowers have beautiful shape, flower shape is peculiar, flower and color has rich natural color, flowering period is long, strong adaptability into people’s vision.Because of its unique geograp Hical location and conditions,Tibet is rich in wild flower resources, and there are not a few of them that are ornamental. It is very important to develop and utilize the local wild ornamental flowers. The domestication of wild ornamental plants is the fastest and most economical way to enrich Tibetan landscape.Pyrola calliantha var.is small herbaceous shrubs, scape purplish red,the flowers are pink, sepals broadly lanceolate, capsule oblate globose, flowering from June to August, the fruit lasts from August to September. It’s beautiful in color of Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetana, the four seasons are evergreen, resistant to dampness and cold, for Tibetan gardens, where winter landscapes are scarce,it is an excellent ground cover plant and a plant material needed for landscaping in Tibet.Domestic and foreign studies on the genus wintersweet have mainly focused on wintersweet, kidney leaf wintersweet and red flower wintersweet. As long as focus on distribution, classification, medicinal value, development and utilization. There have been few studies on the introduction and domestication of wintergreen, however, the introduction, domestication and cultivation of Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetana have not been reported.Pyrola calliantha var.is an important medicinal ornamental plant in Tibet,It is the need of raw materials in the development of Tibetan medicine industry.Based on the above reasons, this paper studied the environmental adaptability from the following aspects:habitat investigation, plant growth comparison under different cultivation conditions,p Hysiological and biochemical characteristics,p Hotosynthetic characteristics:(1)A survey on the habitat of Chinese stag in Tibet,In the sejila mountain area of xizang,it is mainly distributed in the shade slope range with an elevation of about 3900m,narrow distribution,it grows more concentrated in places with canopy density of 70%~85%and thick humus layer covered by litter, the herb layer and shrub layer are well developed and the soil organic matter is very rich. The original habitat of the soil contains leaves, dead branches, soil water retention, loose soil, soil weak acid.(2)Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetana from the west slope of sejira district, nyingchi city,Tibet autonomous region will be collected, transplanted to the rare and endangered garden plant cultivation base in xizang,it was planted under 6 different cultivation conditions. It has been observed that the plants cultivated under the forest can grow normally,Especially at the foot slope of the wall with the best danwei condition, the survival rate was up to 87%.In addition, the plants grow well with thick green leaves and 38 winter buds.Secondly, the survival rate of sunshade cultivation in greenhouse was 84%,leaves slightly purplish red, number of winter buds 35.Under other cultivation conditions,Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetana was weak. The survival rate of the plants in the open field was only 27%,and there were no winter buds. This shows that Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetana should be cultivated under the forest as a ground cover plant in the garden, not in the open area.(3)The SOD activity of cultivating the foot slope of the fence under the forest was 423.8μ·g-1·FW·min-1,The activity of SOD enzyme was the least in the empty space outside the greenhouse, which was 190.0μ·g-1·FW·min-1.SOD activity in undergrowth was higher than that in leaves of Pyrola calliantha var.transplanted indoors, which fully indicated that xizang stultifolia plantlets transplanted outdoors had strong cold resistance. The POD enzyme activity in the leaves of xizang wintergreen was the highest, with a value of 49.55μg·g-1·FW·min-1.The MDA content in the leaves of xizang deer’s foot grass cultivated on the slope of wall foot under the forest was the highest, which was102.73μmol·g-1,It was followed by indoor and underwood yuanbao maple, which were 72.95μmol·g-1and 68.85μmol·g-1,respectively.The content of the lowest was 35.30μmol·g-1.Pyrola calliantha var.has a strong resistance to adversity.(4)Study on p Hotosynthetic characteristics of deerstalkfoot in Tibet under different cultivation conditions,The utilization efficiency of light energy of Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetan cultivated in greenhouse shading and under forest wall foot slope is relatively high.Good adaptability to strong light, high survival rate of plants.Comprehensive analysis,as a landscaping plant application,The better environmental conditions for the cultivation and domestication of Pyrola calliantha var.Tibetan were dank and wet, loose soil and high organic matter content. It is not suitable to choose the environment with high canopy density and dry soil.
