The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of Fulivc acid(FA)application with water irrigation on the physiological characteristics and yield of Longzi black barley before sowing.A pre-sowing FA water irrigation experiment was carried out on saline soils in Longzi County. The effects of FA water irrigation before water sowing on the physiological characteristics and nutrient utilization of Longzi black barley were studied.the experiment of water-related irrigation of FA was carried out on the saline land in Longzi County, and the effect of water-related irrigation usage of FA was studied on the physiological characteristics and nutrient utilization of barley crops before the sowing. The aim is to provide technical support for the development of the industrialization of barely in Tibet and the promotion of the industrialization of barley and the take targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty of Tibet. The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)The treatment of concentration of FA with water before sowing T1(15 kg/hm2),T2(30 kg/hm2),T3(45 kg/hm2),T4(60 kg/hm2)treatment compared with the control T0(0 kg/hm2)after the flag chlorophyll(SPAD),leaf area, net photosynthesis rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and transpiration rate(Tr)were better than the control T0 treatment in the time stage after flowering.Secondly,FA has a certain role in delaying leaf aging.According to the various indicators of the physiological combination, the T2 treatment showed certain superiority.(2)The application of FA can increase the accumulation of dry matter and nitrogen in the flowering and maturity of the leaves,stem-sheath,ear,grain of the barely, but has less effect on the distribution ratio of dry matter and nitrogen accumulation in each organ.FA can increase the dry matter and nitrogen accumulation ratio of leaves in flowering stage, reduce the dry matter and nitrogen allocation ratio of stem-sheath and ear in flowering stage;FA can reduce the dry matter allocation ratio of vegetative organs in maturity,Increase the distribution ratio of grain;Secondly, the application of FA can reduce the storage of dry matter, nitrogen transfer rate and contribution to the grain in the vegetative organs before flowering, but can increase the accumulation of assimilation and nitrogen after flowering and increase contribution of assimilation and nitrogen to grain. It was found that T2 treatment had the most significant effects on dry matter and nitrogen accumulation at flowering and maturity stages.(3)The application of FA can increase the 1000-grain weight of barely, and can increase the filling rate at gradual increasing(R1),filling rate at rapid increasing stage(R2),filling duration time at slowly increasing stage(R3)and the maximum filling rate(Rmax),FA on the grain-filing pyramid period(Ta),grain-filing fast increase period(Tb),and grain-filling slowly increase period(Tc)of the law is poor, comprehensive lused barley filling indicators,T2 treatment shows a certain advantage.(4)FA can prolong the growth period of barely, but it can be extended for a short period of 3 to 5 days, which can increase the plant height. The increase range is 4.9 to 9.8 cm,and its nitrogen partial factor productivity, nitrogen uptake efficiency and nitrogen agronomic efficiency have been improved; The effective effective panicle number, grain number per ear, thousand grain weight and yield of the yield composition factor are all represented as T2>T3>T1>T4>T0.The yield increase range is 230.8 to 770.1 kg/hm2,and the best yield is T2processing for 3112.8 to 3720.6 yuan/hm2.
