| Taking ’Marselan’ and ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ grapes as materials,the soil physical and chemical properties and grape fruit appearance,basic quality,anthocyanin and non anthocyanin phenolic substances in three small production areas of Qinhuangdao City,Funing District,Changli County and Lulong County,were studied.And the purpose of this experiment is to explore the quality characteristics of wine grape in different small areas of Qinhuangdao.The main results are as follows:1.The soil quality of each small production area in Qinhuangdao is basically suitable for wine grape growth.In all the producing areas,the contents of available nitrogen and boron were relatively insufficient.With the increase of soil depth,the contents of major elements in soil decreased significantly,while the contents of trace elements did not decrease obviously.2.The fruit maturity of each small producting area is relatively high,but the acid content is relatively low.The comprehensive ranking of external and internal basic quality of ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ fruit was the same from excellent to poor,and the best quality appeared in Shangri La plantation.By contraries,the comprehensive ranking results of the external basic quality and internal basic quality of ’Marselan’fruit were different,and the best quality appeared in Renxuan plantation.3.Ten anthocyanin monomers were detected in the red varieties ’Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ’Marselan’,The most anthocyanin monomer of the two red wine grapes in the six producing areas was Malvidin3-0-glucoside,The content of Malvidin3-0-glucoside in the ’Marselan’ grape was the highest in Shangri La region,The content of Malvidin3-0-glucoside in the ’Cabernet Sauvignon’grape was the highest in Renxuan region.4.Fourteen kinds of non anthocyanin phenols were detected in the tested varieties.And there were more kinds of non anthocyanin phenols in the peel of’Marselan’in Geng’s Wine Castle.plantation than in other regions.Due to the close relationship betweenabern’Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ’Marselan’,it was found that the non anthocyanins in the fruits of different regions were similar.5.’Cabernet Sauvignon’varieties performed well in Shangri La plantation,and their quality was significantly higher than that in other production areas.The external basic quality of ’Marselan’ was better in Renxuan and Shangri La plantations,and the internal basic quality was better in Renxuan and Jinshi international plantations.Combined with the performance of internal and external quality,’Marselan’ is suitable for planting in Renxuan plantation.However,’Cabernet Sauvignon’ is not suitable for Huaxia plantation,and ’Marselan’ is not suitable for Geng’s Wine Castle. |
