situation of my country’s arable land requisition and compensation balance policy and practice,this paper defines the concept of the arable land requisition and compensation balance system,and explains in detail from the theoretical basis and value meaning.It has conducted a detailed investigation of its current situation from the policy and legal levels,analyzed in detail the existing
