| Dermatosis refers to the symptoms of skin inflammation,itching and depilation caused by different etiology.canine skin diseases not only have a great impact on the daily life and appearance of diseased dogs,but also some canine skin diseases can even be transmitted to people.it is one of the most common clinical diseases in pet dogs at present.Due to the unique climate in Guiyang City,negligence in dog care and incorrect feeding habits in people’s daily life,the incidence of dog skin disease in Guiyang City is high in recent years.This paper adopts the methods of retrospective investigation,clinical diagnosis,treatment and follow-up investigation.The dermatosis dogs in all outpatients of three pet hospitals in Guiyang Engel Pet Hospital and its branch and Qianling Animal Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were taken as the research object,combined with one-year clinical diagnosis and treatment and followup investigation.Based on the discussion and analysis of the relationship between the incidence of dog skin diseases and the age,sex,breed and season of diseased dogs in Guiyang City,the epidemiological characteristics of the main skin diseases of pet dogs in Guiyang City were obtained,and the diagnosis and treatment effects were analyzed.the results are as follows:1.Of the 7384 outpatient cases investigated,1157 were canine skin diseases,and the incidence of canine dermatosis in Guiyang accounted for 15.67% of the outpatient cases.Among the 1157 cases of dermatosis dogs,there were mainly fungal infection,in vitro parasite infection and bacterial infection.Among them,fungal infection was the most,with 371 cases,with an incidence of about 32.06%,followed by parasitic infection of 324 cases with an incidence of about 28.00%,bacterial infection of 161 cases with an incidence of about 8.04%,another 208 cases of mixed infection and 93 cases of other skin diseases.2.The investigation results show that the occurrence of dog skin disease is directly related to the season.The number of skin cases in summer and autumn accounts for63.36% of the total number of skin disease cases,while the number of skin cases in autumn and winter only accounts for 36.64% of the total number of skin disease cases.From the analysis of the age of onset,0-1-year-old and 1-2-year-old sick dogs are the most,accounting for 37.94% and 29.99% of the diseased dogs in the corresponding age group,respectively,which is a high incidence group of dog skin diseases,while the incidence of elderly dogs over 10 years old is not high.From the analysis of the incidence of different breeds,the top three incidence rates are Teddy,Pomeranian and Golden Retriever.In addition,there are more males than females in dogs with skin diseases.3.Four typical cases with typical symptoms and similar degree of infection were introduced in detail,and the therapeutic effects of different kinds of dog skin diseases were calculated.The evaluation grade of the treatment effect can be divided into four kinds: recovery,obvious improvement,improvement and inefficacy.Among them,the obvious improvement and recovery were recorded as the cure group,and the improvement and inefficacy were not included,and the cure rates of these four kinds of dog skin diseases were calculated.The drugs for the treatment of the same skin disease were divided into groups,and the clinical therapeutic effects between them were compared.For the treatment of fungal dermatosis in Guiyang City,Erkang(compound dyclonine ear drops)is recommended for the treatment of ear infection,and Fulaibao active silver ion antibacterial solution is recommended for small area infection.Terbinafine hydrochloride tablets combined with antifungal shampoo are recommended for patients with local large area infection or systemic infection.For the treatment of mixed infection dermatosis,it is necessary to use appropriate and appropriate amount of antibiotics to control secondary infection while eliminating the primary disease,combined with symptomatic treatment and comprehensive medication.4.For the prevention and control measures of dog skin diseases,we should first ensure the comprehensive nutrition of dogs,strengthen the daily feeding management,and use dermatosis prescription food to help and strengthen the construction of skin barrier if necessary.Secondly,it is necessary to make rational use of antibiotics to avoid the increase in the incidence of fungal and bacterial dermatosis caused by the excessive growth of flora,and pay more attention to the research and development and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine with less side effects.Finally,dogs with infectious skin diseases should be isolated in time,and veterinarians should do a good job in popularizing and publicizing the prevention and control of diseases to pet owners.To sum up,the most common skin diseases of pet dogs in Guiyang are fungal dermatosis,parasitic dermatosis,mixed infection of two or more pathogens and bacterial dermatosis.In the process of treating mixed-infected skin diseases,while eliminating the primary disease,we should also use appropriate and appropriate amount of drugs to control secondary infection,combined with symptomatic treatment,comprehensive use of drugs,including the use of pet dog dermatosis prescription food to help and strengthen the construction of dog skin barrier;long-acting antibiotics against secondary infection.Bath lotion,bacteriostatic shampoo,traditional Chinese medicine care solution to relieve itching and reduce the number of pathogenic microorganisms in dog skin. |
