Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of our breeding industry,especially the increasing number of laying hen farmers,at this stage,the manual cleaning of manure has been unable to meet the breeding demand.At present,the scraper type manure cleaner is widely used in the cleaning of manure from large-scale livestock and poultry breeding such as chickens,ducks,cattle,and sheep.The transmission system adopted by the scraper type manure cleaner belongs to a relatively common flexible transmission,and its main feature is to use flexible elements such as belts,chains or ropes to transmit power over a large distance.This paper designs a new transmission scheme and tensioner for the unstable operation of the drive system of the scraper type manure cleaner and the jamming of the scraper car and the manure wall,and explains the selection and design methods of key components.The dynamic simulation of the transmission part is carried out with ADAMS software,and the finite element analysis of the newly designed tensioner is carried out with ANSYS software.The specific research content is as follows:(1)According to the working principle of the scraper manure cleaner,the relevant parts and equipment of the scraper manure cleaner are selected and designed,and their basic parameters are determined.Secondly,according to the design standards of agricultural machinery and equipment,combined with the principle of mechanics,the calculation of the pre-tightening force and traction force of the traction wire rope is completed.In addition,a comparative analysis was made between the existing winding mode of the drive system of the scraper type manure cleaner and the cross winding mode,so as to determine the design scheme of the transmission system using the "8"-shaped winding.(2)Aiming at the "8"-shaped winding method,the winding process is studied by mathematical methods and mechanical theory,and the tension change function of the traction wire rope on the traction wheel pair is established,and the wire rope tension attenuation curve is obtained.Based on the established mathematical model,the key factors affecting the drive system of the manure cleaner were analyzed,and the wrap angle of the traction wire rope on a single wheel groove,as well as the key parameters such as the friction coefficient and the number of wheel grooves n,were determined.(3)The "8"-shaped transmission model was simplified,and the creation of the flexible body model of the traction wire rope and the dynamic simulation of the coordinated movement of the traction wire rope and a single wheel groove were completed through the ADAMS secondary development function macro command(CMD).The motion speed,contact force,and the force and motion parameters between the elements of the wire rope are analyzed,and the stability and feasibility of the "8"-shaped winding method are verified.(4)The force analysis of the existing rope tensioner is carried out,the main reasons for the dragging of the scraper car are studied,and a tensioner driven by a screw rod is designed.The finite element analysis of the newly designed tensioner was done using ANSYS/Workbench software to verify the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme,thereby completing the design of the steel wire rope tensioner.
