Sugar cane is one of the economic crops in the south of China. It's of great significance to research a economic, trusty minitype sugarcane harvester suitable for the southern areas of our country, especially for the physiognomy of GuangXi Zhuang Autonomous Region to reduce labor intensity and reaping cost.As an intricate agricultural machine, whether minitype sugarcane harvester work normally and trusty or not, not only depend on its static characteristic, but also depend on its dynamic characteristic. The main work of this paper on the dynamic characteristic are as follow:(1). Based on the former research of other students , this paper design a Mechanical-Hydraulic transmission scheme and design the real transmission system of the whole machine.(2). This paper analyse the main factors influencing the dynamic characteristic and ignore the others . On this condition, This paper build the dynamic model of the transmission system with bond graph and infer the equation of state described the dynamic characteristic behind the bond graph model.(3) This paper build the dynamic model based on the equation of state with MATLAB/Simulink and infer the parameters for the dynamic model. This paper also chooses the hydraulic elements for the transmission system.(4)At last, this paper run the simulation and analyse the results, finish the power matching.
