Study On Countermeasures Of Fishery Development In Suixi County

Fishery is an important industry to ensure national food safety,which is also a basic industry to safeguard China’s maritime rights and interests,and an important part of China’s rural economic revitalization.In our research,through field survey and literature reading,we concentrated on Suixi country fisheries development problems and countermeasures in the process of the present research and explore the existing problems and the specific reason for the analysis of the existing problems,using relevant theories and professional knowledge,development countermeasures based on the practice and reality thinking problem for Suixi fishery are put forward,to overcome the shortcomings of existing research,imporving the Suixi system in the research of the development of the fishery.Suixi County is located in Leizhou Peninsula,is a big ocean county.Zhanjiang is one of the first batch of fourteen coastal open cities in China,is home to the maritime silk route,the unique geographical location and resources advantage enriched the content of this research.This study based on Suixi fisheries development research,problems and countermeasures of the combination of the local unique natural environment in Suixi and human resources,develop a suitable fisheries development model of innovation for Suixi through the theoretical analysis and system research.The results showed that in 2019,the output value of Marine industry in Suixi county reached 47.03 billion yuan,up by 6% compared with the same period last year.The total output of aquatic products was 384,790 tons,up 1.1% year on year.The output of Marine fishing was 90,322 tons,slightly lower than last year.The output of mariculture was 276,205 tons,up 4.0% year on year.Freshwater fishing produced 72 tons,down 52.3% year-on-year;The output of freshwater aquaculture was 181,91 tons,the same as last year.Per capita net income of fishermen was 30,930 yuan,down9.4% year-on-year.The present study analyzed the main reasons which restricted the development of Suixi fisheries and drew some ideas and countermeasures to improve the development of fisheries in Suixi County.At present,the decline in fishery resources has not been fundamentally reversed,the economic growth way of fishery needs to be improved,and the unreasonable fishery industrial structure is the main reason to limit fishery development.Through optimizing fishery industrial structure,the first,second and third marine industries should be rationally developed,so as to promote fishermen to change their production and business.With the continuous depletion of fishery resources,a large number of fishermen need to change their production and business.Fishermen switched from fishing to aquaculture and aquaculture processing.However,the depletion of fishery resources leads to the shortage of fishery production,and then the role of aquatic processing in digestion and absorption of fishermen’s conversion to production and industry is very limited.However,the marine tertiary industry has great potential in creating employment,absorbing fishermen to convert to other industries and enriching fishermen.Moreover,the tertiary industry such as marine tourism has no serious industrial pollution,and the domestic pollution and human damage to the marine environment are also limited.Local governments in coastal areas may encourage coastal fishing villages to rely on their superior resources,increase infrastructure construction,develop island tourism,fishing village culture,marine sports,seafood,marine fishing and other characteristic tourism,develop recreational fishing,increase fishermen’s income and protect the marine environment.
