Countermeasure Study Of Freshwater Fisheries Development In Suibin County

Suibin county is located in the angle between Heilongjiang and Songhua River,with superior water resources and rich fish species.It is an important freshwater fishery base in Heilongjiang Province.As the main industry to promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,the increase of farmers' income and the overall development of urban and rural areas,fishery is an important part of the agricultural development strategy of Suibin county.At present,all kinds of aquaculture waters in the county cover an area of 375000 mu,with the aquatic product output of 7000 tons and the output value of 136 million yuan.The cultivation methods are mainly pond,pond,ditch,paddy field,cage ecological and factory workshop.Since the reform and opening up,the fishery development of Suibin has made great progress,but there are still many problems in the process of development,such as single breeding species,weak infrastructure and so on,which hinder the further development of the fishery in Suibin county.On the basis of field investigation and literature review,this paper uses the method of normative analysis and empirical analysis to analyze and study the current situation of the development of the freshwater fishery in Suibin County,and to sort out and analyze the problems,advantages and disadvantages in the process of the development of the freshwater fishery in Suibin County.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of fishery production,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the development of freshwater fishery in Suibin county.In recent years,Suibin has made remarkable achievements in fresh water fishery,sustained development of fishery economy,conservation of fishery resources,rapid development of ecological aquaculture,and promotion of famous and special varieties.However,there are still the following problems:(1)low level of fishery industrial structure,lagging development of secondary and tertiary industries;(2)insufficient development of characteristic aquaculture and imperfect supporting service system;(3)scientific research and innovation New deficiencies,backward technical equipment,etc.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Suibin county's fishery development comprehensively and systematically by means of statistical analysis.Put forward the effective countermeasures and suggestions of Suibin county fishery:first,develop green fishery,promote the development of characteristic fishery;second,strengthen the brand effect,promote the scale development;third,promote scientific and technological innovation,and reasonably layout the three fishery products.The completion of this paper provides a theoretical reference for further adjustment of Suibin's fishery industrial structure,expansion of reproduction and development of green aquaculture,as well as reasonable suggestions for promoting science and technology in Suibin and strengthening the construction of fishery brand.At the same time,the completion of this paper has a very far-reaching impact on the development of Suibin county's freshwater fishery,which will inject new vitality into the development of Suibin county's fishery economy.
