| China is in a period of rapid economic growth,and the constraints on economic development of cultivated land as a shortage of strategic resources have become increasingly obvious.With the accelerated development of industrialization,urbanization,and informatization,the emergence of the land circulation market,the rise of new agricultural models,and the prosperity of the secondary and tertiary industries have led farmers to move from full-time to part-time,diversified roles,and diversified farmers.This produces.The differentiation of farmers makes the difference in the efficiency of cultivated land use.Is it the high efficiency of cultivated land use of professional farmers?Or is it more efficient for part-time farmers to use cultivated land?It is worth discussing.Therefore,there is an urgent need to analyze the differences in farmland use efficiency of professional farmers and part-time farmers and the influencing factors through the"rural household differentiation-input,output-cultivated land efficiency".This article uses the law of diminishing land compensation,farmer behavior theory,and Pedi-Clark’s law as the theoretical basis,and uses questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to conduct a sample survey and analysis of 6 towns in Changji City.The results are divided into pure farmers,part-time farmers Ⅱ,part-time farmers Ⅱ,and non-farmers.The DEA model is used to measure the efficiency of the total farmers and different types of farmers in the sample area.The efficiency differences are compared.Finally,the Tobit model is used to analyze the different effects The main factor of farmland use efficiency of type farmers.Combining the influencing factors of farmland utilization efficiency of different types of farmers,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The following conclusions are drawn from the research:(1)Different types of farmer households have different ways of investing in cultivated land and each has its own characteristics.Part of the farmers ’investment in cultivated land increases as the degree of part-time industry differentiation increases.(2)The average technical efficiency value of the total cultivated land of the total farm households in the sample area is 0.276,indicating that the overall level of farmland use efficiency of the total farm households in the sample area is not high.The comprehensive efficiency value of cultivated land of the three types of farm households is ranked as Ⅱ part-time farmers>I part-time farmers>pure farmers.The deficiency of the average comprehensive efficiency of farmers is the result of the combined effect of the average pure technical efficiency and the average scale efficiency.Among them,the average pure technical efficiency is far less than the average scale efficiency,so it is necessary to increase the contribution of pure technical efficiency.(3)Technology input and multiple cropping index have the most significant impact on the farmland utilization efficiency of pure farmers;total per capita income and multiple cropping index have the most significant impact on the farmland utilization efficiency of part-time peasant households,and the pesticide input cost per farmland has a significant negative effect;Income has the most significant effect on the utilization efficiency of part-time cultivated land,while labor input has a significant negative effect on the utilization efficiency of part-time cultivated land. |
