| Cultivated land is responsible for ensuring national food security, maintaining ecological balance and maintaining social stability. The report of the 20th CPC National Congress pointed out that high-quality development has become the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, which puts forward new requirements for the use of cultivated land in the new era.In 2021,the development of the Yellow River basin will be formally incorporated into the major national strategic plan, which will paint a grand blueprint for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River. The Lower Yellow River have a wonderful agricultural foundation, excellent water and heat conditions, and the gross regional product, agricultural output value and grain output all account for more than half of the whole basin. Now,the utilization of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River has become a hot topic of concern from all walks of life. However, the form of cultivated land utilization in the Lower Yellow River is severe, and the inefficient and unreasonable agricultural inputs cause it to face serious non-point source pollution problems, which seriously hinder the sustainable and high-quality development of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River. At the same time, the non coordination of regional development has seriously hindered the sustainable and high-quality development of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River To sum up,it is of great significance to measure the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River, analyze the spatial-temporal pattern characteristics and spatial-temporal difference characteristics of the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River, and explore the driving factors of the spatial-temporal difference,so as to promote the high-quality development of agriculture and efficient utilization of cultivated land in the Yellow River basin. On the basis of literature research, this paper analyzes the current situation of cultivated land utilization in the Lower Yellow River from the natural geographical conditions, social and economic conditions, and the input and output of cultivated land;Based on this, the cultivated land utilization data of 16 prefecture-level cities in the Lower Yellow River from 2002 to 2020were collected, and the super-DEA model was used to measure and evaluate the cultivated land utilization efficiency in the Lower Yellow River at the regional, provincial and prefecture-level city scales, and its temporal evolution characteristics were analyzed. The cultivated land utilization efficiency in the Lower Yellow River was divided into five levels by using Arc GIS;On this basis, this paper uses the GDI index to measure the overall difference of cultivated land use efficiency in the Lower Yellow River.Trend surface analysis and G_i~*are used to analyze the regional differences and spatial aggregation characteristics of cultivated land use efficiency in the Lower Yellow River from the regional overall perspective and the regional local perspective, and to analyze its time evolution characteristics. Finally, the driving factors of the spatial difference in the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River are analyzed by using the single factor detection and the double factor interactive detection in the Geodetector, and the Interaction factor diagram is constructed to analyze the time change characteristics of the driving factors. The research results show that the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River showed an upward trend from 2002 to 2020,and the overall situation is developing well; The GDI decreased from 0.0796 in 2002 to 0.0071 in 2020,and the spatial gap gradually narrowed;According to trend surface analysis, the peak center of cultivated land use efficiency in the Lower Yellow River shifted from the middle to the northeast;According to the G_i*,the utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River is characterized by hot spots in the northeast and cold spots in the southwest.Using Geodetector to analyze the driving factors of spatiotemporal differences in cultivated land utilization efficiency, the following conclusions were drawn:On the whole, the planting structure, agricultural production conditions, natural conditions, economic development level, and agricultural production means investment will all affect the cultivated land utilization efficiency in the Lower Yellow River, but there are significant differences in driving forces, with the strongest driving forces being the planting structure and natural conditions;Through the double-factor interaction detection,it is found that the double-factor interaction will significantly enhance the explanatory power of each factor on the spatial difference of cultivated land use efficiency in the Lower Yellow River;Through the Interaction factor diagram,it is found that the coordination of multiple factors is increasingly important to explain regional spatial differences and promote regional coordinated development over time. Finally, targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, including exploring ways to improve the differentiated efficiency of cities at various levels, promoting the quality and efficiency of pesticides and fertilizers, strengthening policies to guide farmers to return, and promoting land scale management, with a view to promoting the rational allocation of cultivated land resources in the Lower Yellow River, and promoting the improvement of utilization efficiency of cultivated land in the Lower Yellow River. |
