| For the past few years,the drinking water safety environment in rural areas has been effectively improved.However,problems such as unstable drinking water quality,insufficient water supply capacity,and low investment in rural drinking water safety management have been exposed,which poses a challenge to the long-term and safe use of drinking water by rural residents.This paper combines the status quo of rural drinking water safety,based on the relevant theories of the ACSI model,comprehensive interviews,and questionnaire method to construct a rural drinking water safety satisfaction model of farmers.Take Nanzheng District of Hanzhong City as an example to carry out empirical research to verify the rationality of the model,and propose rural areas Optimization strategy for farmer’s satisfaction with drinking water safety.Based on the literature survey and the ACSI model,this study firstly determines the six latent variables,including quality perception,value perception,farmer expectation,farmer satisfaction,farmer trust and farmer complaints,and initially screens the evaluation indicators.Afterwards,convenient sampling was adopted to conduct interviews with farmers and relevant staff,and the evaluation indicators and items were revised and improved.After that,a questionnaire was designed according to the model and evaluation indexes,and the questionnaire survey was carried out with the farmers in in Nanzheng Districtas the object using convenient sampling,and the items were selected to determine 21 observation variables.Finally,the constructed farmer household satisfaction model was tested,and the results showed that the model was established.The study found that farmers are generally satisfied with the current situation of drinking water safety in rural areas.Among them,the factor that has the highest degree of influence on farmers’ satisfaction is farmers’ expectations,and the correlation between it and farmers’ satisfaction is a significant positive correlation;personal expectations on rural drinking water safety,Expected value,distance of water intake,negative publicity and positive publicity ideas are the most concerned factors.Based on the interpretation of the model and hypothesis analysis,make the following suggestions,the first is to implement the responsibility of rural drinking water safety management.The second is to strengthen the management of water quality monitoring.The third point is to improve the rural drinking water payment system and establish reasonable charging prices.And the fifth is to increase the supply of tap water and in rural areas,and also increase the penetration rate.Next is to strengthen the quality and continuously improve the efficiency of safe drinking water supply.The last point is to strengthen the guidance and publicity.Through the suggestions to improve farmers’ satisfaction,so as to promote the development of rural drinking water safety project for a long time. |
