Research On Rural Drinking Water Safety In Yanshi City From The Perspective Of Farmer Satisfaction

Water is the source of life and the foundation of human existence,production and life.The safety of drinking water is directly related to people’s physical and mental health,and it is also an important indicator for judging the level of civilization in a country and region.In recent years,with the development of my country’s economy and the improvement of the overall national level,the government has continued to increase investment in local drinking water projects.The construction of various drinking water facilities in rural areas has been promoted.At present,the penetration rate of rural tap water has reached 83%,the qualified rate of water quality has also been greatly improved,and the satisfaction of rural residents with rural drinking water has also been improved.However,due to issues such as concentrated construction during the operation of drinking water projects,neglect of management,and insufficient maintenance in the later stages,drinking water safety projects cannot be operated effectively for a long time.Comprehensive and accurate assessment and analysis of the benefits of local drinking water projects and user feedback are required..Through the results of the evaluation and the supervision of rural residents,the benefits of drinking water projects will be improved,and the drinking water safety projects and management mechanisms that have been built will be improved.This article mainly conducts a village-level survey on the rural drinking water situation in 7villages in Yanshi City to understand the types of drinking water in the sample villages and the investment in rural drinking water facilities;then conducts a household-level survey to collect a total of 144 samples from these 7 villages.A farmer’s satisfaction survey on rural drinking water safety was conducted,and based on these survey data,we learned about the current status of rural drinking water safety in Yanshi City,and farmers’ satisfaction with rural drinking water safety.It also discusses and analyzes the situation of farmers’ satisfaction and the factors that affect farmers’ satisfaction.The results of the study show that the overall satisfaction of farmers’ satisfaction with rural drinking water safety evaluation is 3.527,and the main indicators that affect farmers’ satisfaction are water quality,drinking water taste,drinking water price,etc.;in the satisfaction evaluation,farmers of different genders Satisfaction evaluation of water volume is different,and women’s satisfaction with drinking water volume is lower than that of men.Research conclusion: The characteristics of rural drinking water projects are multiple points,wide coverage,small scale,multiple management levels and a certain degree of public welfare.Through years of exploration and reform,Yanshi City has built a number of clear property rights,standardized management,and services.The good management model has initially realized the benign operation of rural drinking water project management.However,there are still some problems.For example,the water quality inspection cycle is long,the management responsibility is not fulfilled;the water price verification and water fee calculation are unreasonable,and the water quality treatment technology is difficult.To improve farmers’ overall satisfaction with rural drinking water safety,it is necessary to optimize water quality,strengthen water source protection,and optimize management mechanisms to ensure water volume and water supply guarantee rate in severe weather.At the same time,investment in drinking water infrastructure should be strengthened,And conduct publicity and guidance on rural drinking water safety issues.
