| Brucellosis(brucellosis)is a zoonotic disease caused by brucellosis,it is a class B infectious disease in China.To understand the infection of brucellosis among sheep in Ganzhou district,Zhangye City,Gansu Province,this research is to study the seroepidemiological survey of sheep in Ye City from 2013 to 2015,by using Rose bengal plate test and tube agglutination test.The results showed that the positive rate of individual sheep showed a linear upward trend from 2013 to 2015,which were 1.51%,1.59% and2.56% respectively,In 2015,the positive rate among sheep was as high as 9.86%,and the epidemic situation was severe.We used commercially available live Brucella vaccine M5 strain to conduct vaccine immunization experiments on local sheep,and evaluated its immune effect.The results showed that the immunological effects of different inoculation routes were as follows: injection immunization ≥ vaccination by eye dropping ≥ vaccination by oral inoculation.The conversion rate was about 90% on 15 th day after vaccination,and was as high as 100% on 30 th day after vaccination,and then decreased.Abortion occurred 30 days after immunization,and the abortion rate was as high as 10%,and lasted more than 60 days.However,on the 150 th day of immunization,the negative rate reached more than 95%.The vaccine has the advantages of good immune effect,high protection rate and long duration of immunity.In 2016,the Brucella live vaccine M5 strain was fully immunized in Ganzhou District.From 2015 to2016,the individual serum conversion rate were 2.56%and 0.58% through continuous brucellosis immunization,monitoring,culling and other comprehensive measures.The rise of sheep’s disease was curbed by immunization in one years.This study provided reference for mass immunization of brucellosis live vaccine M5 strain. |
