To build a new development pattern in which man and nature live in harmony and to promote the construction of ecological civilization is one of my country’s development strategic goals.As an enterprise whose main business is alfalfa planting and processing,Zhongyuan Grass Industry has accumulated rich experience in the business process taking into account both economic and ecological benefits.This paper takes Zhongyuan Grass Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and uses the Harvard analysis framework to analyze the company’s various indicators,so as to objectively evaluate the company’s financial status and operating results,analyze the company’s existing problems and put forward certain suggestions,so as to reasonably analyze the company’s financial status and operating results.The company’s development status.Help company managers objectively analyze and evaluate the company’s current situation and make reasonable business decisions.Other forage companies can also get some reference from it.At the same time,it also provides new inspiration for ecological restoration and environmental governance enterprises.This paper uses the Harvard analysis framework to analyze the financial information of Zhongyuan Grass Industry Company from 2016 to 2020 to study the development of the company.The first is to analyze the overall situation and existing problems of the Central Plains Grass Industry,and to explain the necessity of introducing the Harvard analysis framework.The use of SWOT model,PEST model and Porter’s five forces model in strategic analysis enhances the feasibility and reliability of the conclusions obtained.In accounting analysis,the important accounting elements,such as monetary funds,accounts receivable,inventories,fixed assets and other items,are analyzed through horizontal and vertical comparison and development.In the analysis of financial management,through the comparison of six aspects: development,debt repayment,income,operation,cash flow,and comprehensive financial management.Then,by finding out the main problems that Zhongyuan Grassland is currently facing,such as the unscientific management of accounts receivable,and finally giving the company’s opinions on the development strategy.So as to help enterprise managers solve the main problems existing in the company,and scientifically formulate financial strategies in order to achieve long-term healthy development of the enterprise.This paper starts from the perspective of promoting the development of the company,using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,ratio analysis and comparative analysis,vertical comparison and horizontal comparison,etc.,to establish a system for evaluating the company from a global perspective,and the conclusions drawn are in line with the actual situation.It has certain reference significance.
