Study On The Strategic Choice And Development Strategy Of Beautiful Countryside Construction

The construction of beautiful villages is the key support for building a beautiful China,and it is also an important part of China’s "village revitalization" strategy.Since the reform and opening up,the “three rural issues” has always been one of the hot issues that the government and society have paid attention to.At the same time,remarkable achievements have been made in rural prosperity,farmers ’income increase,and agricultural development.Significant progress has also been made in the improvement of village appearance.At the same time,it should also be noted that in accordance with the overall layout and requirements of the "Village Revitalization" strategy,the construction of beautiful villages still faces some outstanding problems,the task is still very arduous,and it has to go through a long construction process.Based on the above background,this article selects Baiquan Town in Zhoushan City as the research object,drawing on the existing research results at home and abroad,using the urban-rural integration theory,sustainable development theory and idyllic city theory to review the historical process of Baiquan Town’s beautiful rural construction,and summarizes the achievements and experiences that have been made.It reveals the existing problems and propose corresponding strategic optimization options and countermeasures.In this paper,SWOT analysis method is used to systematically evaluate each dimension of Baiquan Town’s beautiful rural construction conditions,and finally it is concluded that SO strategy and ST strategy are the best methods to solve problems.This study emphasizes the use of field research methods,literature research methods,empirical analysis methods and other research methods to comprehensively analyze the driving factors and constraints of the beautiful village construction in Baiquan Town,Zhoushan City.This paper believes that the main problems faced by the beautiful village construction in Baiquan Town are :Rural quality education,characteristic agricultural products industry,and historical and cultural heritage protection still need to be improved.Promoting the construction of beautiful villages in Baiquan Town,we should take the following measures: increasing investment in rural quality education,vigorously developing and building a special industry of Zhoushan bayberry,in addition,establishing and improving the rural environmental governance mechanism,vigorously developing rural tourism by virtue of the diversity of ecological environmental resources,and increasing the protection and inheritance of local historical including cultural heritage.
