| Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan with good quality is a special cash crop in Yanshan area,which promotes the development of tourism and economy in Yanshan area.At present,the problem of low germination rate of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan seriously restricts the development of Zanthoxylum bungeanum industry in Yanshan.In this thesis,the seed structure and seed physiological characteristics of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan are studied,and the reasons why Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds are not easy to germinate are analyzed.And using 50℃ warm water soap powder treatment,mechanical treatment,different concentrations of gibberellin(GA)solution treatment and 50 ℃ warm water soap powder,different concentrations of Gibberellin and different time stratification mixed treatment to explore the effective method of breaking the seed dormancy at different storage time and temperature.At the same time,physiological indexes of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds with different storage time and temperature under different culture temperature,gibberellin concentration and stratification time mixed treatment were measured,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan seeds are full,with rich nutrients for seed germination consumption.The seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan have dormancy characteristics,and the dormancy type is comprehensive dormancy.Through the influence of Zanthoxylum bungeanum extracts from different parts of Chinese cabbage on seed germination and root length,the inhibition of Zanthoxylum bungeanum extracts on seed germination and root length of Chinese cabbage is as follows: kernel > complete seed > seed coat.(2)It was found that oil and wax in the seed coat had a certain effect on the germination of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds.The thickness and hardness of the seed coat were related to the difficulty of germination of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds.The germination rate of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan seeds was the highest when the seeds were treated with soap powder and warm water at 50 ℃,stratified for 60 days,treated with gibberellin concentration of 350mg/L and incubated in an artificial climate incubator at 33℃ for 10 days.(3)Through measuring the physiological indexes of seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Yanshan after mixed treatment and different culture time,it was found that the malondialdehyde content of yanshan seeds increased first and then decreased,soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased,soluble protein content decreased slightly and then increased greatly,and POD activity showed an increasing trend during germination. |
