In the "post antibiotic era",it has become a hot and difficult point for researchers to seek highquality and efficient alternative products.The antibacterial effect of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and compound acidifier on common pathogenic bacteria was studied in vitro;Through in vivo experiments,the effects of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and compound acidifier on the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant capacity of white feather broilers were discussed,which provided data support for the production of non resistant feed for broilers and theoretical guidance for the green and healthy breeding of broilers in the post antibiotic era.Experiment 1: Antibacterial test of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and Compound acidifier on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureusThe MIC and MBC of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and Compound acidifier against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were obtained by double dilution method,and then the FICI of their combined application against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was obtained by checkerboard method.The results showed that: 1)the MIC and MBC of Yupingfeng Powder Extract to pathogenic bacteria were both 62.5 mg/m L when used alone,and the MIC and MBC of compound acidifier to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 2 mg/m L when used alone.2)The FICI of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and Compound acidifier on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 0.375 and 0.250 respectively,and the effect was synergistic.Conclusion: Compound acidifier is highly sensitive to two pathogens;The extract of Yupingfeng powder was moderately sensitive to two pathogens;The bacteriostatic effect of the combined use of the two was enhanced and showed a synergistic effect.Experiment 2: Effects of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and Compound acidifier on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,immunity and antioxidant capacity of white feather broilersThe single factor random test method was used.300 white feather broilers(half male and half female)with the same weight at the age of 1 day were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 5replicates in each group and 12 in each replicate.The experimental period was 42 days.They were: basic feed(control group);Basic feed + aureomycin 250 mg/kg + enramycin 60 mg/kg(antibiotic group);Basic feed + Yupingfeng Powder Extract 600 mg/kg(T1 group);Basic feed+ Compound acidifier 2000 mg/kg(T2 group);Basic feed + Yupingfeng Powder Extract 600mg/kg + Compound acidifier 2000 mg/kg(T3 group).The results showed that: 1)there was no significant difference in average daily food intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG),weight gain ratio(f/g)and dead panning rate among the groups from 1 to 21 days;From 22 to42 days,the average daily gain(ADG)of T3 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05);From 1 to 42 days,the average daily gain(ADG)and dead panning rate of each group showed a trend of difference.Compared with the control group,the average daily food intake of T3 group increased in the late growth period and the whole period,but the difference was not significant;2)In the whole experiment,the spleen index and thymus index of T3 group were higher than those of the control group;There was significant difference in spleen index(P < 0.05)and thymus index(P < 0.01).3)There was no significant difference in albumin(ALB),total protein(TP)and globulin(glob)among the groups.Compared with the control group,the contents of alanine aminotransferase(AST)and aspartate aminotransferase(ALT)in T1,T2 and T3 groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01);4)Compared with the control group,serum interleukin-1(IL-1),serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and serum interleukin-6(IL-6)in T3 group decreased by 11.64%,9.58% and 0.08% respectively(P < 0.01),and serum interleukin-10(IL-10)increased significantly(P < 0.01).5)Compared with the control group,malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum and liver of T3 group was significantly different(P < 0.01);The levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX)in liver and serum of T3 group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01).To sum up,under the test conditions,Yupingfeng Powder Extract and Compound acidifier have certain antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.When used alone,MIC is 2 mg / ml and MBC is 62.5 mg / ml;When Yupingfeng powder extract was combined with Compound acidifier,the antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was synergistic,and the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus was better than that of Escherichia coli.In the animal experiment part,the addition of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and Compound acidifier to the feed can significantly improve the antioxidant capacity of broilers,significantly reduce the activity of transaminase in blood and enhance the immune capacity of the body,so as to significantly improve the production performance of white feather broilers.The effect of combined addition of YPE and CA is better than that of single addition.The effect of combined addition of 600 to of Yupingfeng Powder Extract and 2000 to of Compound acidifier is better.
