Since January 2020,COVID-19 has not only shaken People’s Daily habits and the international social order,but also reminded us once again of the close relationship between man and nature as a community of life.In the wake of the epidemic,the topic of wildlife has spread widely on social media platforms.Zoos and animal protection centers have set up official accounts to provide Windows for nature education and science popularization.However,at present,the publicity effect of domestic wildlife protection related content on social platforms is not satisfactory,and it has not fully aroused the active participation of the Z generation group as the main force of social media.How to maintain continuous interaction with generation Z through sustained and diversified publicity design,and then radiate to the whole society as a vocal group,so as to improve the public’s awareness of wildlife protection,so as to create a good social atmosphere of harmonious coexistence between man and nature is the core problem to be solved in this project.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the design and publicity of wildlife protection content in social media and compares the publicity strategies of existing domestic wildlife social platforms,so as to summarize the existing problems and provide direction for design.Then,through the creation of generation Z user role model,the preferences of Generation Z in social media are analyzed to gain insight into their needs.Based on the previous research,through wechat public account and other social platforms,we not only designed and released relevant laws and regulations on wildlife protection,but also created personality matching interaction between generation Z and wild animals to enhance their relevance,so as to enhance the cognitive ability of young people to respect nature.On the basis of ensuring the depth and breadth of content,visual forms and publicity methods adapted to social media publicity rules and in line with the needs of Generation Z users are adopted to guide the continuous improvement of content design and publicity methods according to user feedback and background data.Based on design practice and audience feedback,the author summarizes the key points of wildlife protection design and publicity for Generation Z as follows: In the information publicity strategy,we should pay attention to the unity of form and content.The publicity content should not only emphasize wild animals,but also find the fusion point corresponding to the current social life,so that the topic of wild animals can be better integrated into the Z generation group.Propaganda forms also need to carry out diversified design,static map,dynamic map,interaction can be organically combined;Establish an effective feedback mechanism and make timely corrections after the design pitch is completed.To sum up,this topic to Z generation as the main object of the audience,the propaganda and practice on the design strategy research,sum up experience,wildlife conservation work to provide practical solutions,through strong radiation in social media,Z generation closer to humans and wildlife,the distance of the human beings and nature,realize the harmony between human and nature.
