Industrialized seedlings have been widely used in China and become an important means for farmers to increase their income.The seedling media is the basis of factory seedling.In the past,the research on media in China mainly focused on the screening of raw materials and formulations,and there were few reports on the preparation of media technology and equipment.With the emergence of various molding seedling nutrient media formulations,the production level of the media is higher in actual production.Most of the traditional methods of preparing media use self-use and lack of uniform standards.At present,the equipment used in the production has small production scale,low efficiency,incomplete process and unstable quality,which can't meet the needs of modern factory seedlings.Therefore,accelerating the mechanized production of the media and developing and applying the new media production equipment are of great significance in the factory seedling technology system.For this reason,the seedling nutrition media production packaging line has been designed to meet the needs of modern substrates.The overall design of the seedling nutrient media production packaging line was carried out.According to the actual needs of the factory,the design requirements were clarified.Combined with the nature of the media materials and the preparation process,the overall process flow was developed,followed by mixing(wetting),crushing,screening and packaging.The combined process needs to investigate and analyze the existing equipment in the market,and select the JW flat mouth mixer as the mixing equipment,Huaxin HXC-280 type crusher crushing equipment,YTS1020 type cylinder screening machine as the screening equipment and Hanhu HHJZ-A6 packaging machine.Packaging equipment,and self-designed to add a wetting device.Auxiliary equipment is added according to the process flow and the selected production equipment.The material transportation system includes 3 sets of Jinrui DTII belt conveyor and main material feeding hopper,and a buffer tank is arranged above the feeding inlet of the packaging machine,and is in the buffer tank.A vibration feeder is installed on the side wall,and the coarse material outlet assembly device of the screening machine is used,and the control system is controlled by a microcomputer variable frequency controller.The overall arrangement of the equipment in the factory is a flat linear arrangement.All the equipments are placed in a straight line in the same processing workshop according to the processing sequence.The control system controls the working sequence of each equipments.The practical application effect of the seedling nutrient media production packaging line was tested.After the test system production efficiency is about 360 bags / hour,loss + scrap rate is less than 1%,single bag weight,single bag volume and target requirement difference is less than 2%,media particle size is less than 5mm,water content is about 20%,fully meet the production efficiency and packaging effect of the design requirements.In the physical and chemical properties test of the substrate,the bulk density,porosity,p H,EC and other indicators of the treatment were not significantly different from the control,and all of the particles in the size of the media material were uniformly distributed in the optimum range required for the seedling substrate was good.In the relatively serious effect of substrate seedlings,it was found that the emergence of seedlings from the third day,and the emergence of seedlings on the seventh day,the emergence rate of each treatment was nearly the same,both above 95%,and the effect of each treatment was better than the control.On the 15 th day after sowing,all the seedlings reached the state of two leaves and one heart.There were no significant differences in the morphological indexes,chlorophyll content,root activity and net photosynthetic rate of all treated seedlings.Under the same management conditions,the seedlings were in each media.The production volume and growth potential are relatively consistent,and the seedling rate is over 95%.
