| Objective: To analyze and compare the clinical effects of eight methods of bone-setting combined with unilateral external fixator and interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial fracture.Methods: From January 2017 to December 2018,patients who received treatment for tibial fracture in the department of orthopaedics of trauma,affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as research objects.According to the inclusion criteria,60 cases that all met the requirements of unilateral external fixator and intramedullary nailing were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.In the experimental group,8 methods of bone setting combined with unilateral external fixation were used.The control group was treated with intramedullary nailing.After explaining the details to the patients and their families and obtaining the consent of the patients and their families,the relevant information of the patients was recorded through the case system of wards,outpatient departments and operating rooms.The intraoperative reduction and fixation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing and related complications were collected,and then SPSS22.0 software was used for data collation and statistical analysis.Through the data comparison between the experimental group and the control group,the efficacy of eight methods of bone setting combined with unilateral external fixator in the treatment of tibial fracture was comprehensively evaluated.Results: The experimental group and the control group were statistically analyzed in terms of gender,age,injury mechanism and other information,and the results were P>0.05,with no statistical significance.The two groups were statistically analyzed in the aspects of fracture end reduction and fixation time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing and related complications,and the results were P<0.05,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion: Eight methods of bone-setting combined with unilateral external fixator for the treatment of tibial fracture is simple,short operation time,less trauma,and more effective in protecting the blood supply at the broken end,which is beneficial to accelerate the healing speed of the fracture end.In addition,the external fixator can still be adjusted postoperatively to achieve the compression of the broken end and the adjustment of the force line,effectively avoiding the shortening and angular deformity of the affected limb.After fracture healing,the external fixator can be removed under local anesthesia or non-anesthesia.Therefore,the combination of eight methods of bone-setting and unilateral external fixator has solved many problems in the treatment of tibial fracture,and has its unique advantages. |
