Clinical Study On The Effect Of Heying Zhi Tong Decoction On Postoperative Pain Of Lumbar Disc Herniation After Transforaminal Endoscopic Surgery

Objective:To research the clinical effect of Heying Zhi tong decoction on relieving effect on LDH pain.The mechanism of treating residual pain after PELD operation by Heying Zhi tong decoction was analyzed,which provided a new and reliable ideal for the treatment of postoperative pain of PELD,Methods:From January 2020 to March 2021,40 patients with LDH in spinal surgery department of Jiangsu Second Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given Heying Zhi tong decoction from the half hours after operation;VAS score and JOA score were performed on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after operation.Interleukin-6 was detected on the second day after operation.Results:VAS score was lower in both groups,and the trend of observation group was more obvious.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups on the first day and the third day after operation(P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups on the fifth day after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).JOA score comparison:the JOA score of the two groups increased to different degrees,and the recovery trend of the observation group was more significant.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups on the first day and the third day after the operation was not significant(P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups on the fifth day after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compare to that of the control group,the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was visible lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heying Zhi tong decoction can alleviate the postoperative pain symptoms,improve the lumbar function and promote the recovery process after operation.It may be related to the effect of Heying Zhi tong decoction on inhibiting inflammatory factors,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,which is worth of clinical popularization and in-depth research.
