| Background:Periappendicural absecess is acute appendicitis illness development is rapid,because the treatment is not timely or the body resistance is low,causing the appendix surrounding tissue adhesion,greater omentum and adjacent tissue package,local inflammatory bag piece or pus cavity formation,with right lower quadrant abdominal pain,abdominal distension,peritoneal irritation,tenderness bag piece and systemic poisoning symptoms of infection,there are three main kinds of treatment methods at present,western medicine mainly anti-infective treatment,mainly in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of oral Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine external treatment prescriptions,microwave treatment is given priority to,surgical treatment mainly puncture drainage,appendectomy,most of them adopt combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,clinical On the basis of anti-infection in western medicine,external application of traditional Chinese medicine or internal use of traditional Chinese medicine,its therapeutic effect is significantly improved compared with a single treatment method,but the treatment time is long,the recurrence rate is high,and the complications are many.Therefore,it is relatively necessary to explore a treatment method that is efficient and accepted by patients.Objective:Through thermosensitive moxibustion and internal Chinese medicine self-designed prescription of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment,establish an effective treatment program,improve the efficacy index of periappendiceal abscess,improve patients’quality of life,reduce the burden of patients’families and society,prevent the occurrence of complications,reduce the mortality rate.Methods:Selection in December 2017-December 2019 in jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital-general surgery hospitalization periappendicural abscess stasis type diagnosis standard,80 patients with random number table method were randomly assigned into control group and treatment group,two groups of subjects were clinical basic diseases treatment(for basic diseases such as hypertension,heart disease,diabetes treatment).The control group was treated with conventional western anti-infection therapy(negative cefotaxime test:0.9%sodium chloride 100ml+cefotaxime sodium 4g ivgtt Bid).Metronidazole 100 ml ivgtt sodium chloride 2g qd,if a skin test positive for cephalosporin,please use 100 ml+0.9%sodium chloride 0.4 g ivgtt levofloxacin hydrochloride Bid)and internal from(rhubarb(below)after 10 g,12 g glauber’s salt,peach kernel 8 g,Oriental arborvitae,15 g,radix scutellariae,radix paeoniae rubra 8 g,10 g costus 8g,sichuan fruit,liquorice 8 g 12 g,12 g,yanhusuo sauce grass,dandelion,12 g,14 g winter melon seeds 8 g,12 g,salvia miltiorrhiza,150 ml/time,sooner or later each time,temperature)is given priority to,The treatment group was supplemented with water,electrolytes and other nutrition therapy on the basis of the control group and combined with thermo moxibustion therapy(acupoint selection:Local liquid is point o,shangqiu,door hole,CV8,st 36,appendix),were the first day to thermal moxibustion treatment,once a day,seven days,seven days for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment,14 days after observing two groups of patients with clinical symptoms,abdominal pain disappeared and body temperature returned to normal time to observe subjects,compare the two groups of patients admitted to hospital,7 days,14 days,routine blood,c-reactive protein and serum calcitonin original,interleukin-6 indicators such as recovery,by the seventh day of records patients admitted to hospital,medication,medication after 14 days abdominal ultrasound results of patients with abdominal mass dispel,The collected data were input into the computer,and SPSS 24.0 software was used for management and statistical analysis.Results:According to the analysis,the statistical results showed that among the80 cases of stasis type periappendiceal abscess collected,the gender,age,past history and course of disease of the subjects in the control group and the treatment group showed no statistical difference after SPSS24.0statistical software analysis and P>0.05,and the cases of the subjects in the two groups were comparable.Treatment group compared with control group,treatment group body temperature returned to normal time about 60.98±18.87 h,the control group used the time about 90.67±23.56 h,comparing the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),in terms of abdominal pain disappeared time,the treatment group is about 6.46±1.67 days,the control is about 9.54±3.67days,two contrast,t=16.56,10.98,P<0.05,statistically significant,treatment14 days after the leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage gradually decline,but the return to normal,two groups of curative effect,There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Serum CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels of subjects in the two groups were significantly increased before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Medicine after 7 days,two groups of serum CRP and PCT,serum level of IL-6 were reduced(P>0.05),no statistical difference,after 14 days,two groups of serum CRP and PCT,IL-6 levels decreased to normal range(P<0.05),two groups of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),after 1 to 2 courses of treatment,two groups of participants’bag piece narrowed considerably,which the bag piece completely abreaction 4cases,treatment group average package size is about 10.34±2.87 cm squared,the treatment group is better than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).At the end of the treatment course,VAS scores of subjects in both the control group and the treatment group decreased to different degrees.After statistical treatment by X~2,there was a statistically significant difference in the orderly data of efficacy between the two groups.X~2in the control group=41.506,P=0.015<0.05.X~2=21.205,P=0.005<0.05 in the treatment group.The experimental results showed that the treatment methods in both groups improved the treatment effect,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.At the end of treatment,the total effective rate was 94.56%in the treatment group and 76.87%in the control group after the ineffective cases were removed,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of anti-infection in western medicine and self-made prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with thermosensitive moxibustion for the treatment of stasis type periappendiceal abscess,it can effectively relieve the symptoms of fever and abdominal pain,shorten the time of mass dissipation and abscess absorption,and has good clinical efficacy without obvious toxic and side effects,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and
