Purpose: To observe and appraise it is clinical curative effect syntheticallyon ASO Treated by the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and westernmeidcineMethod:We collected50patients who had been diagnosed ASO and hospitalizedin Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University Hospital vascular surgicalward during2009.10-2010.12. According to TCM Syndrome Differentiation we putthem into Yang deficiency and cold stagnation group and blood stasis group.Givethem dilation of blood vessels treatment of Western medicine and TCM DifferentialTreatment.Results:In the Yang deficiency and cold stagnation group that has19patientsclinical cure in12cases,markedly effective in4cases,effective in1case,noneffective in2cases.The total effective rate was89.5%.In the blood stasisgroup that has31patients clinical cure in5cases, markedly effective in15cases, effective in2case,noneffective in9cases.the total effective rate was70.9%.Conclusion:We have made good curative effect through the method which isWestern medicine diagnosis and treatment plus TCM Differential Treatment to healASO.The patients ABI improve obviously,symptom has relived and improved.
