| The Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region is an important revolutionary base formed by the guerrillas in Northern Shaanxi in the war.Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region has complex terrain,bad climate,sparsely populated and backward health service.In addition,during this period,Japanese imperialism stepped up its aggression against China and the Kuomintang army’s tight blockade of the border region,the internal and external troubles have led to the outbreak of epidemic diseases in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,the death rate is extremely high,this has had a very negative impact on the development of production and the protracted war of resistance in the border region.After the Party Central Committee arrived in the border region,according to the actual situation of the border region,we should strive to implement the policy of combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine,it not only ensures the health of the army and the people,but also ensures the health of the people,they also strongly supported the Anti Japanese war,to a certain extent,it promoted the development of medical and health services.This paper starts with the background of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,it is concluded that the reason for the implementation of this policy is that epidemic diseases are rampant in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,lack of medicine;the contradiction between Chinese and Western medicine is prominent,the development of TCM is hindered;both Chinese and Western medicine have their own advantages and disadvantages,cooperation needs to be strengthened.Combined with the actual situation of the border region,the Party Central Committee has made every effort to implement the principle of combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine,a series of measures have been taken,namely:establishment of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine institutions;Chinese and Western medicine learn from each other;the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to develop new drugs.The theory and practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,remarkable results have been achieved,that is to develop and utilize Chinese herbal medicine,change the situation of lack of medicine;the treatment effect of epidemic disease is remarkable,to ensure the health of the army and the people;we will train a large number of health professionals,promote the development of medical work;popularize the knowledge of health education,carrying out human and animal health campaign;it has opened up a unique way of integration of Chinese and Western medicine.This paper holds that,the success of the integration of Chinese and Western Medicine carried out by the CPC Central Committee during this period,the policy of the Central Committee of the CPC on the integration of Chinese and Western medicine is the guarantee,the principle of treating people is fundamental,Chinese medicine and Western medicine in China are methods.The Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region is the commanding center and strong rear area of the party’s leadership in the national anti Japanese war,after the implementation of the policy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of diseases in the border region,which was effective in practice,it has been popularized in various base areas,remarkable results have been achieved.Therefore,to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region,it is of great practical value to further analyze the medical policies of this policy for the founding of new China and even for entering a new era. |
