Obsjective: organophosphorus pesticide poisoning events are common in primary hospitals, and the mortality rate is relatively high. The clinical effect of plasma transfusion is observed by giving frozen plasma treatment to critically ill patients to evaluate whether it can improve the prognosis of patients with severe organophosphate poisoning. Methods:The clinical data of 55 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to the second hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients met the diagnostic criteria of "clinical expert consensus on diagnosis and treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(2016)".The patients were divided into plasma group(N1 = 28)and non plasma group(N2 = 27)according to whether they received plasma transfusion or not.On the basis of conventional treatment, the plasma group was given 200 ~ 800 ml of an unequal frozen plasma infusion within one week after admission. In the 7th day,it was the end point of the efficacy, and the patient was observed from the 7th day after admission, the top 7-day plasma cholinesterase level, the total use of the compounding agent, the average hospital stay and prognosis.SPSS 21 software package was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.There was no statistical significance in gender, age, poisoning dose, first medical contact time, poison type and other basic information between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In the plasma group, cholinesterase was significantly increased after plasma transfusion in patients with organophosphorus poisoning(P < 0.05).3.The difference in the use of patients with plasma group was statistically significant compared with the serial cells(P <0.05);however,the offline tube rate on the 7th day after admission of plasma group, the average hospital stay and prognosis compared with the no-plasma group,.there is no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the plasma can provide exogenous choline esterase for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, increase the level of plasma cholinesterase levels, and reduce the amount of regenerating agent dosage.Although the results of this experiment failed to confirm plasma infusion, the patient’s day 7th of the offline tube rate, the average hospital stay and improve the prognosis of patients. However, exogenous cholinesterase can be provided by plasma infusion, especially when severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is accompanied by coagulation dysfunction,or when the choline esterase is slow, the escalase is fully used in full use.It should be tried to give plasma treatment early.
