Study On Zhixue Mingmu Granule Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Retinopathy With Vitreous Hemorrhage

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Zhixue Mingmu granule combined with injection of anti-VEGF drug(conbercept ophthalmic injection)and calcium dobesilate capsules in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy stage V with vitreous hemorrhage in the early stage,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods A total of 120 patients who were clinically diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy stage V with early vitreous hemorrhage in Hebei Eye Hospital between January 2019 and October 2020 were retrospectively enrolled.They were divided into observation and control groups according to the treatment method,and 60 patients were included in each group.The control group received intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drug(Conbercept ophthalmic injection),at a dose of 0.5mg / 0.05 m L.During treatment,calcium dobesilate capsules were given 0.5g per time,oral administration,three times a day.The observation group was additionally treated with Zhixue Mingmu granule on the basis of the above treatment regimen.The traditional Chinese medicine granules were made from the preparation room of Hebei Eye Hospital,10 g / bag.How to take : 10 g each time,three times a day orally.Both groups of patients received basic treatment under the guidance of internal medicine : low salt and low-fat diabetic diet,moderate exercise,and routine application of hypoglycemic drugs.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,and the indicators before and after treatment were recorded,including the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and the degree of vitreous hemorrhage were recorded.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS22.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatment regimen.Results 1 After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2 The degree of vitreous hemorrhage in the two groups after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).3 No adverse events were noted in either group.Conclusions 1 Both the Zhixue Mingmu granule combination therapy with injection of anti-VEGF drug(Conbercept ophthalmic injection),calcium dobesilate capsules and western medicine alone have definite curative effect in the early treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR)stage V complicated with vitreous hemorrhage(VH),and can significantly improve vision and promote the absorption of vitreous hemorrhage.2 In the early treatment of diabetic retinopathy stage V complicated with vitreous hemorrhage,Zhixue Mingmu granule combined with injection of anti-VEGF drug(conbercept ophthalmic injection)and calcium dobesilate capsules have obvious advantages in improving vision and promoting vitreous hemorrhage absorption.3 Zhixue Mingmu granule is safe and effective in the early treatment of diabetic retinopathy stage V complicated with vitreous hemorrhage.Figure 0;Table 8;Reference 178...
