Clinical Study Of Huanglong Decoction In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)with Functional Constipation

Objective:The clinical effect of Huanglong decoction on angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)with functional constipation was analyzed by observing the symptoms of angina pectoris,syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,and self-rating stool scale score of patients with angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).It provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease with functional constipation by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given the basic medicine of western medicine,and the experimental group was given the basic medicine of western medicine plus "huanglong decoction plus reduction".The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,and the clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Before treatment:the observation group and the control group general data,Chinese medicine symptom,angina pectoris grade,nitroglycerin dosage,constipation self-rating scale score and so on correlation index comparison,P>0.05,has no statistical significance,has the comparability.After treatment,the total curative effect of TCM,the curative effect of ECG,the symptom of angina pectoris and the reduction rate of nitroglycerin were obviously improved in the two groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group.Biochemical indexes:total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in triglyceride between two groups(P>0.05),hypersensitive C-reactive protein and lipoprotein phase were found in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),the Cleveland constipation assessment scale and the constipation patients’ quality of life scale:the observation group was superior to the control group in curative effect(P<0.05);5.During the treatment,no significant abnormality was found in the safety test and no adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion:Huanglong decoction for the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)with functional constipation has a good clinical efficacy,it can improve the symptoms of patients with obvious effect,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
