Clinical Observation Of The Treatment On Bile Regurgitant Gastritis Disease Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Shengxiantangjiawei decoction on patients who has bile regurgitant gastritis(BRG)disease of liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:88 cases of bile reflux gastritis were collected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table.The experimental group was treated with Shengxiantangjiawei Decoction and the control group was treated with mosapride and magnesium aluminum carbonate for 4 weeks.The degree of bile reflux under gastroscope,the improvement of gastric mucosa and TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment,and the adverse events during the treatment were recorded.After data collection,SPSS 25 software was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:In this study,76 cases of exfoliated cases were collected and included in the experiment,including 37 cases in the experimental group and 39 cases in the control group.There was no difference in the general information of all patients(P>0.05).The results of clinical total effective rate,symptom score,bile reflux degree under gastroscope and gastric mucosa performance are as follows:1.Total clinical effective rate:the total effective rate of the experimental group is about 86%,including 11 cases of recovery,13 cases of significant effect,8 cases of effective,5 cases of ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was about 67%,among which 7 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,9 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).2.Symptom score:there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the two groups improved(P<0.01).And the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.01).3.The degree of bile reflux under Gastroscope:there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of bile reflux under gastroscope in the two groups was better than before treatment(P<0.01).The degree of bile reflux in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Expression of gastric mucosa:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the expression of gastric mucosa in the two groups was better than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement of gastric mucosa in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation:before and after treatment,the related safety indexes of the two groups were normal.There were 1 case in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.7%in the experimental group and 5.1%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengxiantangjiawei Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bile reflux gastritisof of liver depression and spleen deficiency.,reduce the degree of bile reflux under gastroscope,recover the damaged gastric mucosa,and has high clinical safety,which is worth further promotion.
