Studies On Secondary Metabolites Of Endophytic Fungus Penicillium Sp. SB-4-2 From Schisandra Chinensis

This thesis comprises two parts.In the first chapter,the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Penicillium sp.SB-4-2 isolated from the buds of Schisandra chinensis collected from Enshi were isolated and identified.In the second chapter,the pharmacological research progress of metabolites of endophytic fungi in medicinal plants from 2015 to 2020 was reviewed.There are about 30 species of Schisandra genus,which are mainly produced in eastern and southeastern Asia,and about 19 species in China,both in the north and the south.In this experiment,the endophytic fungus Penicillium sp.SB-4-2 isolated from the buds of Schisandra chinensis in Enshi was studied.Ten known compounds（1-10）were isolated from the culture of Penicillium sp.SB-4-2.All compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica-gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and HPLC column chromatography.Their structures were determinted by ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR,and by comparison with the published data in the literature.The ten compounds include 4alkaloids,1 sesquiterpene,1 steroid,1 lactone,1 fatty alcohol,1 phenolic compound and1 acid compound.
