| Objective: This study takes the theory of "Yu Du" as the leading idea,and uses phlegm and blood stasis to treat middle and late sputum-type gastric cancer,providing more ideas and methods for the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and exploring Chinese medicine in The role of "attenuation and synergy" in the course of chemotherapy.Methods: Sixty-four patients with primary gastric cancer diagnosed as IIIB by pathological diagnosis and diagnosed as "syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis" by TCM syndrome diagnosis and randomization were randomly selected.They were divided into treatment groups and the control group by random number table method,32 cases in each group.Both groups were given SOX chemotherapy,and the patients in the treatment group were combined with oral Huayu Jiedu capsule.The changes of tumor size,functional status score(KPS),serum tumor markers,TCM symptom scores,quality of life scores,coagulation function and toxic side effects were observed after 4 cycles of treatment.Result:1.In terms of reducing the size of the solid tumors,after treatment,the total response rate of the treatment group was 65.6%,the control rate was 87.5%,the total response rate of the control group was 53.1%,and the control rate was 78.1%,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Compared with the improvement of KPS score,after treatment,the improvement rate of the treatment group was 53%,while that of the control group was 28%.Thetreatment group had obvious advantages,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with serum tumor markers,there was a significant difference between the treatment group after treatment and before treatment,with a significant decrease in CEA,CA199 and CA125(P<0.05),and CA199 and CA125 were also significantly reduced,in the control group,the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),but no significant difference in CEA(P>0.05).The comparison of CA199 and CA125 after treatment between the two groups showed that the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the CEA comparison between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).4.In terms of TCM symptom score,after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,and the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of quality of life,the quality of life score of the treatment group decreased after treatment,and the difference was significant compared with that before treatment,and the quality of life was significantly improved(P<0.05),but the difference of the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups after treatment,the quality of life score of the treatment group was significantly lower,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of coagulation function.Blood,blood coagulation treatment group coagulation four and D-D after treatment,the treatment is obviously better than the former,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),The coagulation quadruple and D-D in the control group were not significantly different before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the coagulation parameters between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).7.Comparison of toxic and side effects: After treatment,the gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression of patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of liver and kidney function damage,peripheral nerve damage and pigmentation(P>0.05).Conclusion: Guided by the thoughts of TCM,the treatment of middle and late phlegm and blood stasis type gastric cancer with phlegm and blood stasis cansignificantly reduce tumor markers,improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life and regulate blood coagulation,and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. |
