The Clinic Curative Effect Observation Of The Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Method Treating To Precancerous Lesions Of Atrophic Gastritis And The Effect Of EGF In Gastric Premalignanc

1 Objective Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu method on patients with precancerous lesions of atrophic gastritis,observe the changes of EGF before and after treatment,and explore its possible mechanism.2 Method A randomized controlled method for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions in 60 patients,divided into treatment group 30 cases(Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Granule orally)and control group of 30 cases(Weifuchun orally),12 weeks after the end of treatment were followed up for 12 weeks,to observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu and Weifuchun on clinical symptoms of chronic precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis to improve the situation,and to observe the changes before and after treatment,gastroscopy,pathology,Helicobacter pylori infection,EGF.3 Results3.1Clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of symptomatic treatment in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.There was a difference in the curative effect of the two groups(p<0.05).The treatment group of stomach fullness,fatigue,anorexia,loose stools and other symptoms improved compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the treatment group to improve the symptoms of epigastric pain compared with the control group,no significant difference.3.2Endoscopy: The total effective rate of gastroscope was 83.3% in the treatment group and 56.7% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.3 Histopathology: The treatment group of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia in gastric mucosa of efficiency were 86.6%,88%,the control group of gastric atrophy and intestinal metaplasia efficiency were 63.3%,60.9%,to improve the gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);the treatment group and the control group by the improvement of students the abnormal rate was 80%,66.7% in the control group,the two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.4 EGF level: before treatment,there was no significant difference in EGF between the control group and the treatment group.After treatment,the EGF in all two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.5 The eradication of Hp infection: the total negative rate in the two groups was 84.2% and 72.7%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.6 Long term effect observation: 12 weeks follow-up,the total effective rate of two groups of symptoms was 66.7% and 46.7%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4 Conclusion4.1 The effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Granule in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis has good clinical effect.4.2 Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Granule can improve the pathological condition of the patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.4.3 Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Granule can improve situation of gastric mucosa of patients of yin deficiency and blood stagnation.and its effect is better than the group of wei fu chun.4.4 Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Granule can reduce the expression of EGF.4.5 Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Granule can increase the negative rate of eradication of H.pylori infection,and the effect is comparable to that of Fuchun.
