Composition Principles Of Prescriptions For Asthenospermia By Based On Association Rules And Clustering Analysis

Objective: As a major cause of male infertility,asthenospermia,the experience of the traditional medicine needs to be excavated and utilized urgently.Therefore,based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),this paper summarizes the physicians’ medication experience in the treatment of asthenospermia from Department of Reproduction and Andrology,Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It can provide an objective basis to treat asthenospermia.Method: Collect clinical records of the patients with asthenospermia who were treated by a title of associate chief physicians or above in Department of Reproduction and Andrology of Henan Provincial Hospital of TCM,from January2017 to January 2019.Enter their personal basic information,medical history data and prescription in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),and analysis syndromes of asthenospermia,the symptoms frequency,the herbal frequency,four properties,five tastes and channel tropism.Using association rules analysis and complex system entropy cluster to find the prescription rules and analysis the herbal administration experience.Results: Based on the data analysis of 380 prescriptions of asthenospermia,the rule and treatment experience in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were summarized: 1.The common syndromes were kidney yang deficiency(24.47%),kidney deficiency and damp heat(21.32%),spleen and kidney deficiency(17.89%).2.The most common syndrome is kidney deficiency,including“backache”,“back pain”,“weakness”,“chilling”,“ejaculation fast” and “poor erection”.Followed by the group of dampness and heat symptoms consisting of“sperm liquefaction”,“scrotum wet” and “urinary yellow and red”.“Sperm varicose veins”,“perineal bulge”,“testicles fall and pain” constitute a group of blood stasis symptoms.“dry mouth”,“multiple dreams”,“night sweats” constitute a group of yin deficiency symptoms.3.The main herbal properties were warm(46.42%),peaceful(25.38%),cold(23.10%).The main herbal tastes were sweet(44.60%),xin(25.00%),bitter(20.96%).The main herbal channel tropisms were liver,kidney,spleen.4.Blood-activating drugs are Danshen,Niuxi,Chuanxiong,Mudanpi,Chuanniuxi,Chishao,Zaojiaoci,Lulutong,Tubiechong,Danggui,Shuizhi,they are used 928 times,17.39%.Tonifying kidney and yang drugs are Yinyanghuo,Bajitian,Xianmao,Jiucaizi,Lujiaoshuang,Xuduan,Yanduzhu,Suoyang,they are used 911 times,17.07%.Tonifying kidney essence drugs are Tusizi,Yancheqianzi,Gouqizi,Fupenzi,Shayuanzi,they are used 891 times,16.70%.Gas supplementation drugs are Huangqi,Hongjingtian,Dangshen,they are used 480 times,8.99%.Spleen supplementation drugs are Fuling,Baizhu,Chaobaizhu,Shanyao,they are used 393 times,7.37%.Heat-clearing drugs are Pugongying,Jinyinhua,Lianqiao,Baijiangcao,Yejuhua,they are used 355 times,6.66%.Qi-regulating drugs are Xiangfu,Chenpi,Yanhusuo,Guizhi,Wuyao,they are used 306 times,5.74%.Tonifying kidney and yin drugs are Shudihuang,Huangjing,Shanzhuyu,Wuweizi,they are used 270 times,5.07%.Dampness drugs are Yiyiren,Zexie,they are used 119 times,2.23%.5.The principle of combination of drugs is fill kidney essence and tonifying kidney yang,tonifying kidney and Yi qi,tonifying kidney and activating blood,clearing heat and nourishing kidney,nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen.For example,(1)Tusizi-Yinyanghuo,Xianmao-Yinyanghuo,(2)Tusizi-Huangqi-Yinyanghuo,(3)Tusizi-ChuangxiongDanshen-yinyanghuo,Niuxi-Yinyanghuo,(4)Pugongying-Yancheqianzi,TusiziPugongying-Yancheqianzi,Tusizi-Jinyinhua,(5)Tusizi-Chaobaizhu-YinyanghuoFuling.6.The core drugs are Xianmao,Bajitian,Yinyanghuo,Fupenzi,Tusizi,Gouqizi,Huangqi,Niuxi,Danshen,Fuling,Yancheqianzi.7.Using the entropy clustering method,20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were evolved.The core combinations,for example,Chuanxiong-Niuxi-Jiucaizi-XianmaoFupenzi-Bajitian,Yinyanghuo-Chuanniuxi-Xiangfu.The new prescriptions,for example,chaoshanzha-shenqu-jineijin-qingbanxia,Baishao-Chaihu-ZishiyingHehuanpi-Bohe.Conclusions: The Department of Reproduction and Andrology,Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine treats asthenospermia by using those drugs the main herbal properties were warm,peaceful,cold.The main herbal tastes were sweet,xin,bitter.The main herbal channel tropisms were liver,kidney,spleen.Its functions are mainly divided into tonify kidney yang,fill kidney essence,Bushenyin,activate blood,Yi qi,strengthen spleen,clear heat,regulate qi.The principle of combination of drugs is fill kidney essence and tonifying kidney yang,tonifying kidney and Yi qi,tonifying kidney and activating blood,clearing heat and nourishing kidney,nourishing kidney and strengthening spleen,regulating qi and activating blood.clearing heat and dampness.The core drugs are Xianmao,Bajitian,Yinyanghuo,Fupenzi,Tusizi,Gouqizi,Huangqi,Niuxi,Danshen,Fuling,Yancheqianzi.
