| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhisuan powder in the treatment of Acid reflux(Liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome),and objectively evaluate the effectiveness of Zhisuan powder on the treatment of Acid reflux disease,and provide a basis for clinical promotionMethods:Sixty patients enrolled in the clinical observation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was given Zhisuan powder treatment,and the control group was given Omeprazole enteric-coated capsule.The treatment was 8 weeks.Result:1.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,of which 7 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,and 4 cases were effective.The total effective rate of the control group was 70%,of which 2 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,and 13 cases were effective.The rank sum test between the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.In terms of TCM symptom scores,the total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared within the group before and after treatment,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).After treatment,P=0.011<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the treatment group improved the main symptom scores of TCM compared with the control group(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference.The curative effect was better than that of the control group,and the curative effect was the same as that of the control group in improving the TCM scores(P = 0.180 > 0.05).3.Comparison of recurrence rate: At the 8th week after the end of treatment,the patient returned to the patient.The results showed that the treatment group had recurrence in 3 cases,the recurrence rate was 11.1%,and the control group had 12 recurrences,the recurrence rate was 57.1%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was high.In the treatment group,after the chi-square test,P=0.001<0.05 between the two groups,the difference between the two was significant.The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in controlling the recurrence rate of Acid reflux disease.Conclusion:1.Zhisuan powder can significantly improve the main clinical symptoms of patients with acid reflux(Liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome),and has a good clinical effect.2.In the control of acid reflux after stopping the drug,the effect of Zhisuan powder is better than that of omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,and the long-term effect is better. |
