Investigate The Effect Of Liver And Stomach Heat Syndrome Of The Xiaoyao Powder For The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the Xiaoyao Powder (XYI) for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) to investigate the effect of XYI. Provide detailed and reliable clinical data for the further study of traditional Chinese medicine on GERD.Method:All60cases of GERD patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with30cases in each. The treatment group was given XYI Decoction oral treatment, the control group was given anti acid agents Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets and prokinetic drugs Domperidone Tablets oral treatment. All60patients come from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from2013January to2013December in Department of internal medicine patients, all cases were confirmed by endoscopy examination and pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of GERD, and the syndrome of stagnation of liver and stomach heat syndrome. All cases were disable digestive disease treatment and its related medication for two weeks before starting this observation, the observation period forbids the use of any drug in addition to observed the outside, and at the same time, smoking, alcohol, fasting irritating foods. Two groups of patients were8weeks as1course of treatment, observation time for1courses. After the expiration of the period of treatment was discontinued, electronic gastroscopy and pathological examination, and evaluation of curative effect.Results:after8weeks of treatment, the esophageal motility parameters, gastroscope, pathological parameters parameters of GERD patients in two groups were both improved. Within group comparisons, after treatment than before treatment in two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Comparison between groups, the experimental group than in the control group had no significant difference (P <0.05), the efficacy of two groups to achieve the II level similarity.Conclusions:1. XYI treatment of GERD has good curative effect, its efficacy and acid suppression and prokinetic therapy effect similar to GERD.2. In the aspect of improving TCM symptoms of liver and stomach heat syndrome’ GERD better than its efficacy and acid suppression and prokinetic therapy effect.
